My experience of Always Moving has been a nightmare. What you're told, either by phone or in person, wasn't accurate, and I'm putting it nicely. The move occurred in August 2019 and they were overcharged for the move and the goods were damaged upon arrival. The overload was documented by the third party contracted to deliver the shipment via the sq footage, which always moves the reserves on the truck. The claim for damaged furniture was also sent in October 2019. I can't get a call back or an email reply to either the claim or the dispute. Horrible Customer Service to be part of a moving experience.

Nice experience

They where on time. They were very respectful to my wife and son, quick, effective, and cautious. Whenever I felt the need to help out, they assured me that it was not necessary, and they paid great attention to where things should be placed, and to any set-up that they could help with. They came under the budget, and they were super easy to pay for.

Good work

I'd definitely use Always Moving again. They have been very professional and on time throughout this whole process of moving to a different state. They're doing exactly what they said they were going to do, making my life extremely easier. Love is always moving! 10/10 recommendation to move easily and smoothly. Hire them, you're not going to regret!

Great and really efficient service. Handled it all with care and neatly packed all my contents into storage. Easily booked, taking into account all the relevant details, very well organized and well worth the money! I highly recommend them, for sure!

Great Job

The coordinator was very kind. It was all right on the nose. The drivers arrived in time and took the exact price I was quoted for. It was just a three-hour move from the beginning to the end. They were quick, and they didn't waste any time. It was a good experience, and I would also recommend it to anyone I know is planning a move.
