Good service
Overall good experience. Guys who moved my furniture was polite and hardworking. People from office was helpful and responded to all my questions. So service they provided was good. But delivery took little bit longer they I expected. From Florida to Georgia it's took them 3 days from day of pick up.

Don´t use this company
Please avoid using this moving company. You will be deeply sad. If you use this firm, insurance companies will not cover your property. There will be no refunds and no conversations. Once they get your deposit, the firm staff will treat you poorly, hang up on you, and charge you for items you were unaware of. Seriously, this is a shady organization.
Good job
Alltrust Movers handled the relocation, and they were extremely efficient. They transported large objects with ease, and walking up and downstairs was a breeze for them. All for a reasonable price. They treated the goods as if they were their own, taking care of them as well as the home's walls/doors, etc. Only had one little incident, which was OK and fully refunded despite the fact that it took a few emails and other communication to resolve. I would absolutely hire them again because they were speedy, professional, and quite affordable.
Great Company
My company has been in operation for many years and has used various movers throughout that time. This was the nicest experience I've ever had with any of the services my firm has used. Their packers were helpful, labeled all of the boxes accurately, nothing was damaged or broken, and they completed the job in half the time they had quoted us. The movers were just as good, and they were very patient with our requirements about where we should put everything.
Don´t hire this company!
This moving company should be stopped at all costs. You will be deeply upset. With my sister's move, I just witnessed a train wreck. If you use this company, insurance companies will refuse to insure your property. There was no refund of the deposit, and there were no negotiations. Once they get your deposit, their employees will treat you rudely, hang up on you, and charge you for things you didn't even know about. Seriously, this is a dishonest company.
Fraud!!
BEWARE—They hired people off an online ad to pack our house that came in and stole our wallet with cash inside. Police reports were filed and the crew member admitted to the police that he had no information about them. Just a first name, a description, and a phone number. Then the $9,500 was quoted and came back with $20,000 after a police report had been filed. The "number 2" person named Ray said we've got your stuff, you signed the contract, if you want your stuff back you're going to pay for. Don't use this COMPANY.
Beware
Do not hire this company: there are so many reasons not to use this company, firstly because the trucks leak water (damaged furniture and boxes), secondly because they break goods, thirdly because they use packing tape on all items with pads (leaves left everywhere), fourth because they lose items, fifth because they change prices, sixth because they do not accept any liability for being totally negligent, etc...
Excellent Job
I'd recommend Alltrust Movers to anyone but a little advice that next time they come up with too many items as they were out of wrapping tapes and went all the way to the market, which was half an hour away from home. It took them time, and we were off schedule a little.
Effective and punctual
Everything arrived in great condition, and they took my bed back together, which was super helpful. Their wrapping skills were a challenge, as my furniture and goods were kind of more modern and fashionable. They managed well, and nothing had been damaged or broken.
