Good Moving Company

Allied Van lines is a good choice for a moving company. They moved me from Stowe Vermont to Sacramento California in 14 Days. The only issue I had was the communication was poor however the job was done correctly without damage. They were the only company willing to do an in-home estimate for us to this why we chose them. I defiantly recommend this long-distance moving company.

Expensive but goof

Allied came to our home they were professional and fast. They did an in-home estimate and the price was the price I am glad I do not work with all the other companies that I spoke to because they all had me at a lower moving price than I should have. Allied Van lines is a large moving company and have been in business for a long time you should defiantly work with them.

Amazing service

Ally came to my property and did a full service move for me. The foreman was courteous and professional the sales representative did a perfect job they moved me with only a few days and the price was reasonable. I definitely recommend working with a company that has all the certifications in bonds and one that gives you an honest price upfront.

Professional moving company

I am happy that I chose Island for my move they were more expensive than the average company but definitely worth it these guys were absolute pros the only issue is they did scratch up one of my floors on the home I was moving out of which caused a hiccup in my home closing There was a little bit of communication problems but in the end I was very happy and satisfied with my service I would recommend allied to anyone looking for a professional moving company that was willing to honor the price and not change it on pick up

My moving experience

Movers in the packing were reckless. As they disassembled, an entertainment cabinet fell apart. They couldn't repair it at the receiving end. The marking of the cardboard was bad. I had to fix a coffee table, they broke two lamps. The piano was properly moved, but I was happy about that.

Good moving company Allied

I hired Allied to move me from Texas to North Carolina in January 2020. The transfer went pretty well overall. I packed everything myself and said that several items were broken when I reached my destination in North Carolina. I bought large vases in floor size from Europe. These were broken together with other items, and after I got the claim, I received a letter from Allied that said that they did not pack the items and that they rejected my claim and paid for some of the items which have been broken. What I don't understand is why they would pay for a few items they broke and didn't pay me for any items they broke. Didn't they pack ...? It sounds like an excuse not to pay. They try to get over it and it's not right. They should be held responsible for all items that have been broken and they must pay the full amount in this manner ... Of course, charging as little as possible! I will never use them again. I will never use them.

Our packers in both Maryland and Washington were very professional. They were quick and worked hard. All of our items were well packed and we did not have any damage when we arrived at our new home Washington. My biggest worry as my 40k Grand Piano, but they did a fantastic job moving it. Our driver, Santos I will give a 10 out of 10. Allied Van Lines does the job right If you are looking for a professional moving company this is the one. The estimate stayed the same price as I was quoted, they were the only company that reserved enough weight for me to move.
