Good Service

I had an excellent experience with Alliance Van Lines, from the personnel who handled my reservation to the drivers who made pick-up and delivery a snap. Thank you for your dependable service, Alliance Van Lines. If I were to move again, I would without a doubt hire Alliance Van Lines. But this is most likely the last move I'll ever make.

Damaged items

Alliance Van Lines did nothing but take advantage of us! Don't use this company!! They don't seem to move anything, based on our experience. They select a company to relocate your furniture. They hired a company to move our stuff, and their truck drivers appeared to be strong, but they lost and damaged too much of our belongings because they were careless. We're still not sure what happened to our $610.0 deposit. This is a terrible business!!

Best service ever!

 Alliance provided me with an outstanding service. They were really friendly and respectful. Unlike some other movers, the price I paid was the same as the one they quoted me. They assigned movers who were competent, efficient, and polite. They carefully wrapped all of the fragile goods. They put everything up for me when we arrived at our new home, which I had expected to have to do myself. I'll contact Alliance when I'm ready to relocate again. Thank you so much, Alliance!

It was a nice experience from the first debate through the delivery of my belongings. A professional company that follows through on its promises. Someone was always on hand to answer my inquiries and guide me through the procedure, it was nice to have been working with them!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!

The estimated price they give you is just a joke. After they have your things packed and loaded onto their truck, the price can triple. This company should consider being more honest and avoiding so much stress for its customers.

BAD BAD BAD

It was an absolutely disastrous service. They are a dishonest company, they do not comply with the contract and the customer service is rude. My things came in battered and they broke an expensive TV.

Stay Away!!!!!!!!

They scratched and damaged the entire floor of my apartment and did not take any responsibility for it. I had to spend a lot of money on repairs because of them. Stay away from this company!

Fraud!!!

They use a huge truck (even if it is not necessary) just to be able to charge more money if, at the time of delivery, the truck does not manage to reach your street. They have dubious policies, and I would never work with them again.

We feel that were SCAMMED out of our money!!!!!!!

My wife and I clearly told the movers to only load things onto the truck until they reached the price they had quoted us because we couldn't pay more. They ignored that, then they wanted to charge us $ 2000 more than the estimate and they refused to download some of the stuff. They didn't even care that we are senior citizens.

Worst situation I've ever been in. Move it yourself!

I am taking legal action against this company. They quoted the price of my move with the list of my inventory that I gave them. When the movers arrived, the list perfectly matched the items they loaded onto the truck, and even so, when the movers were finished they asked me for an extra $ 1200. My things were delivered weeks late and in poor condition. Before unloading my things, they asked me for more money and I had to pay them so as not to lose my belongings.
