Liars!!!
I was informed that my goods would be carried instantly from one home to the next, which is why they charged more for their moving service than the others I compared them to. They delayed almost two weeks to deliver my goods, and it would have taken longer if I hadn't contacted and complained every day, threatening to involve police enforcement and my attorney.
Terrible communication
When the mover slid the sofa to turn it on its side, he scratched my laminate flooring. It's nearly impossible to get in touch with these people. I called and emailed but received no answer. The damage to my floor is serious, and with my property currently on the market, it might be a game-changer. I also tried to reach someone for four days last week and was promised that someone would call me. They did give me a pick up date three days later. The mover is quite efficient, but it was the other guy that caused the most trouble.
Excellent Job
Alliance movers arrived on time and followed to the agreed schedule. All of my items were properly packaged, and they arrived in wonderful shape. The price was fair for such excellent service. Protective blankets were put around all of our large stuff. Given that we were relocating from the second floor, I was concerned about how things would turn out, but I am glad to say that everything went smoothly. When we arrived at the new location, they were once again quick and attentive in moving our belongings. Our bed was too large for them to carry out, but they handled everything with care. Thank you for making my relocation stress-free!
BE AWARE
I've been waiting for my items for two weeks, and they refuse to take the money or even set a time for me to pick them up. I'm about to file a lawsuit against this company. I'm becoming increasingly frustrated; we need our belongings! I've got everything I need in that truck!
Terrible communication and service
Awful, the worst mistake I've ever made. Moved from Texas to Ohio. Never have the decency of the communication or the promptness of where and when our furniture would have arrived. After a few calls, I finally got a delivery date. To many damaged boxes and furniture. They've taken $8,000. And he said that our claim was worth only $407.00. But they're only going to pay $231.00 Incredible. Run away from the expert scam artist. I would never trust them again. God makes you pay back for your dirty deed.
A 5 stars company
I don't think it's enough to give you all five stars. The fact that you all made my move go so smoothly and get me picked up and delivered in a matter of days was just wonderful. I respect what you all do as a living being, and certainly as a company. Well, thank you Alliance.
Terrible customer service
Don't take advantage of this company! If you do, don't bother speeding up your delivery, all they do is keep your money and hopefully deliver it around the original estimated time they never did. Once they've taken hold of your furniture, they'll relay it to the warehouse for as long as they want it to be shipped to your destination. The whole process took 17 business days when I was initially told that it would only take 3-5 days. Very bad service to the customer. General, awful company.
Really good job
The move went really well with Trans World Van Lines, and it was very good for us. We reserved our dates about three weeks ago and actually saved over a thousand dollars. The movers were fully qualified and well-running. Nothing was damaged at all, and my house was clean. They were all about delivering my furniture as soon as they could. Always able to talk to our moving rep, and it was easy. Easy and just how it should be.
The team
The team they sent to move my family, and I was just amazing. I'm so happy, and I'd like the world to know how incredible these guys are when it comes to moving items and all your belongings. I did n’t realize this move went so well and so easily. They are the real, and when it comes to moving, they have all the skill.
