If you hire this company expect your worst money and emotional life experience. the first service to complete the sale, they treat you very well, it seems to be a reliable company. but make the first payment and the hell in your life will begin. They promise to deliver your things in a few days, but they outsource all the next steps. then they threaten and coerce you until you are totally stuck with him. They say they deliver in 3 days and then they say it takes 21 days. the initial value you agree with them is not real. First, when they arrive to pick up things, they call you saying you will have to pay again, and when they arrive to drop off your things, they say that you need to pay again. either you pay what they ask or they threaten you to leave your furniture they are rude they don't answer calls they don't have time estimates. It was the worst thing that happened in my life to hire this company. lies and lies. they will leave you emotionally fragile by playing games all the time. DO NOT HIRE this company. I had never used reviews for companies before. but this one is so bad that it deserves it. I hope other people don't fall for this scam

They are holding my stuff hostage even after full payment which I made a police report and they talked to the police officer and told him I was paid in full & they would deliver the good at 6pm - they never delivered and refuse to..they harass u with several messages & mind f*ck u and kicker is they know they are holding medical items (wheel chair, portable potty @ several other things) for my husband who is terminal. The sheriffs office in okaloosa county is now allowing me to file charges for theft because they witnessed everything. There is a police report number as well. These people are sick and they are cons and they change everything up & have several people from their company call and text u to wear u down to send more money and then more money and then more nothing will get them to give you your things do not do business with them they are sick twisted con artists a part of a big scam just read the article in Newsweek about moving scammers that hold your stuff hostage..it explains them perfectly & the article states these people just open up one company after another after they are shut down and just do it all over again. It’s sickening what they do. They also claimed to be a veteran owned company then they changed their story and said no they aren’t…the list goes on and on and on. The police report is public record so are the police cams the sheriff told me so please check them report number is 23-15424. Okaloosa county Sheriff: by the last name of Raiche officer number 337 or 1932 is another service number the sheriff gave me. Please heed my warning and talk to the sheriff, these people are sick & cons. They wanted $3400 initially didn’t take all my items but charged me for them & told the police officer the opposite (he caught them in a lie). They told him they took 3 beds & Kayla which they never did. Then they charged another almost $6,000 saying I had too much stuff. Total cam to $10k - they keep harassing me to wire it and I did because my husband needs his medical stuff plus they have so much more. Please do not trust them. Do not use them, they willl take advantage and lie and harass & con and drive you crazy knowing you are vulnerable and taking advantage any way they can and change everything up and promise deliver if u do this or that then u do it and they don’t deliver and then they ask for more money & they get it and they change it up again and play good cop bad cop like the driver isn’t involved but then the driver turns on you too and he starts saying the same thing he claims he is disappointed in the company about. He plays the nice guy so they stay in communication with you and then he tells the office everything and uses it to con you. So much more the list goes on, I have so much proof and emails and texts and one lie after another and one money request after another and then they threaten to put your stuff in storage and they finally stop and just keep your things to never see them again.

Good job with wrapping my furniture
They did such a very good job on wrapping everything in my house I couldn't ask for better service with a moving company and I would use them again if I need them to move again the guys that was working they was very respectful and hard working people and I swear you can't ask for better men to work on a job
Completely Awful Service
I hired this company back in April to move me from Maine to Indiana in an emergency situation. First, a totally different contracted company showed up - I was not told this would be contracted out. That contracted company proceeded to back the UHaul trailer into my home and causing significant damage. The owner of the company was extremely rude and demeaning. I was given the run around on filing an insurance claim. They continued to try and offer me cash which I refused since I did not know the cost of the damage yet. Months later, the DoT, nor Allegiance, can find this man to get the insurance claim fixed. Additionally, Allegiance insisted I made negative reviews and "must" remove them - insisted it was me when it was absolutely not. But, now it is. I still cannot get anyone to fix the damage on my own - let alone the personal possessions this company also destroyed and will not replace. I was also quoted $5000 and charged nearly $10,000 by the end of this mess.

Easy process
I was in a jam last minute being stood up by another mover and these guys were coincidentally mover neighbors down the street from me and came over after and moved me. Kind of divine if I must say so myself. They were fair on the pricing and worked into the night to get it done. I am thankful for them for being in the right place at the right time. And delivered to my house the next day. Carlos and Mike were great to deal with. Thank you Allegiance you saved my wife and I on move day
STAY AWAY FROM ALLEGIANCE VAN LINES AND SAVE YOUR MONEY
Stay away from Allegiance Van Lines; To cut stories short, these peoples operate like frauds. I needed a moving company from NH to GA. I made a huge mistake in my life by not reading reviews. I contacted these people (one Anthony). I made initial $945 via Zelle and as soon as they got the money, every agreement changed What they tell you before you make an initial deposit is the opposite of what they tell you after you commit yourself to an initial deposit. Listen to this warning and stay away from these fraudsters. 1. They will tell you they're not brokers-BIG LIE. 2. Never pay them an initial deposit (with Zelle). It is a trick they use to highjack your money. They do not want you to pay with a credit card so that you can get your money back 3. Their estimate is $7.10 per cf, which is higher than any moving company in the world. 4. The initial document you sign before the initial deposit will be altered to now include “initial deposit is not refundable”. 5. When you call them after initial deposit, they hardly pick up your calls or a different person will now pick up and be given you excuses. 6. They will intentionally underestimate your goods to let you think the price is low. Later they will come up with double the price. Watch out and stay away from them. 7. They will initially tell you goods will be delivered in 4-5 business days, a big lie. After your initial deposit, you will get to know that you will not even get your goods in 2 weeks. 8. After they take your initial deposit, they will not show up on the moving day. Please stay away from Allegiance Van Lines…….They are poor fraudsters who need innocent people’s money to survive.
Professional movers
They had no trouble picking up and delivering the items, and they handled everything with care. I've never seen people work together as well as they did. I'm really pleased, and I want to recommend everyone that if they're relocating, they should certainly use these movers. Every member of the crew is worthy of admiration. They have received professional training.

They do not deserve the ratings
This establishment is a sham. They give you a low quotation, then hire another firm to make the relocation for a greater price and ask you to pay the difference. We were compelled to pay $1,000 more than the quoted amount. Furthermore, they never provided us with an exact ETA and were eventually two weeks late after we paid the deposit. AVOID. STAY. AWAY.

I'd use them again.
We relocated from Charlotte to Charlotte. The experienced loaders arrived on schedule and loaded as much as they could onto the 26-foot truck. What couldn't fit had to go into storage, but I knew there was a good chance it wouldn't all fit. The same crew turned up again four days later, when we closed on the new house. This was beneficial because they knew how the truck was loaded. It took longer to unpack because the house was larger and all bedrooms were upstairs. My wife and I had a fantastic time.
Good service for a fair price
The Allegiance movers boys worked hard from the time they arrived till they left with smiles on their faces. I'm confident they'll do an excellent job unloading everything! Because they also moved one of my friends, and she had nothing but positive things to say about these movers. I can't say enough good things about them; they performed an outstanding job!
