Good Job
Because my employer was paying for my relocation, the process was a little more difficult than typical. My employer had to pay for the relocation remotely, something most moving companies were unwilling to do, as I discovered after chatting with them for a long period of time. The Allegiance staff stated that it is not something they generally do, but they went out of their way to make it happen for me. I was beginning to believe that I would have to pack my car with what I could and sell the rest. Allegiance assisted me in getting my most valued belongings to where I needed them while also meeting my company's needs.
from Eagan to Duluth
11 move's and this is the worst!!
They didn't have a lorry enough for everything, so we had to find people who would help us pack vehicles and drive them 1,800 miles, I had to pay for accommodation, petrol, food and two plane tickets and half of what was left was still there, so again there were more plane tickets to hotel, food & gas and hire trucks. I have many pictures of damaged items we miss and at least half of the boxes were upside down when the truck pulled in to unload. Allegiance had contracted a job for ABC moving systems, US DOT 24370 30 and MC # 840430 which did not answer at all my calls or emails and allegiance, US DOT 3183105, MC # 128059, to solve the problem either. Two young men who threw water to each other, we had to clean up and spit something out of dresser drawers. And a lot of photos and receipts are available to show damage and expenses, four times the estimate, if you include money spent to remove what they left behind. I'm not going to use either company, they just don't care.
BROKERS
I was moving very last minute and my and my situation was taken advantage of by this company. When I realized that they were not a true transportation company, but a broker, it was too late. They did not deny what they did, but they did not. Communication was a fight. The company that actually moved was all right. They took my furniture apart and left me to pick up the pieces. They didn't put the furniture together again when they delivered my stuff even though it says they will. My move was stressful enough and it got worse for the broker company. My move could and should have been less stressful and perhaps cheaper.
hiring Allegiance for my move
Joann at Allegiance Customer Service redeemed the overall performance of the Company with its warmth and considerate handling of all details involved in moving from the hiring of Allegiance for work to execution during the Covid19 crisis. If she was unavailable for a telephone call she could not call me again.
Moving out of Florida
Only an updated solution regarding our move from Quincy Florida to Westminster Colorado when Alleigance Moving & Storage received our Google complaint that Joann reached us and assured us that this is not the way that they do business with our client from start to finish. Net answered immediately we have to fulfill another story, but Joann is at least trying to help us solve this problem so I'm agreeing that Alleigance Moving & Storage was listening and helping us to move through this awful kudos to Joann Joann thank you again!
unresponsive and full of lies
Started great. Started great. The amount we paid was then 60 % higher than estimated. Dates of collection and delivery were not honored. What was great communication stopped as soon as we complained. The movements to which they came, Unique Van Line, were awesome. I suggest them if you can get them directly. But Fidelity, no way. It has been estimated at $5300. Didn't realize that it didn't include wrapping mechanisms, packing certain special items, excess gas mileage ... I could keep going. Our bill was 8700 dollars. We are totally not content with Allegiance
