My move
I had called for estimates several days in advance, so my estimate of the amount of boxes was on the low side. I called the office the Friday before the move to let them know about the change. I was worried that the truck wouldn't be big enough. It was explained to me that it would not be a problem because the truck was large enough to carry twice the original estimate. He apparently never informed anyone of my call, and they loaded a cargo from their warehouse onto the truck before reaching me. There were still two chairs and a table to be loaded onto the vehicle after it had been entirely packed. When the driver called the office, he was instructed to leave since I had over my estimated cubic feet. The next day, I called the office and was told that they would pick up the items the next time they had a truck in the area where I had relocated from. I did everything I was required to do, including informing them of the additional items and paying more than the original quote, which I had no problem with. Everything went well at the end.
