They did a pretty swell job and I have no complaints. I had a small place and i was upgrading in size so didnt have too much stuff to do in terms of packing other than getting everything on the truck. Had a fair amount of boxes and only a small amount of delicate objects that i took in my car instead. No issues from these folks

They did an absolutely wonderful job! I hd a lot of plants and garden flowers that I was taking care of and was super worried about during the move. They found a way to delicately pack everything up and made sure there wasnt a gigantic mess of dead flowers and dirty furniture upon arrival. They did a really good job and I highly recommend them!

Moving company

This moving group did an alright job for what I had lined up. 4 bedroom house in Nevada being moved over to Arizona for cheaper house and bigger land. I cannot complain about the service they provided because they did such a good job and made sure everything was good on my end from start to finish.

Had a decent and pretty run of the mill experience with this team. I got them on the phone about 5 days before the move to set everything in place since some other arrangements had fallen through. I gave them an appraisal of the things I had to move and they gave me an estimate that was possible to change should everything not fit in one truck which is understandable. They got the movers out there and everything fit in one truck so that made the whole process a lot easier and less stressful. Everything went smoothly.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. Never have I ever experienced worse customer service from anyone in my entire life. Jimmy the sales representative underquoted me so badly that I am now having to pay more than double what I was originally quoted. Jimmy told me repeatedly that he was “overestimating" so that I would not run into this kind of issue. They don't mention that they are just a broker to the mover, and they have nothing to do with the actual movers (safe bound) that physically showed up the day of the move. It has been made clear that All Coast Moving does not care about their customers and instead are only concerned about making their commission. They are scammer sales reps. They claim that they are available 24/7 for customer service and it has been nearly impossible to get in touch with a single person at the company beyond the sales line. On the day of the move when I was frantically calling trying to express my concern about the price of my move doubling before my eyes, I was pushed off and told that I would hear from management regarding compensation for this “error on our end.” They claimed that the management was not available to speak and that there was nothing could be done at this time. I had no choice but to move forward and allow my stuff to be picked up because this was the last day of my lease and I needed to be out of there by EOD. My stuff is now in the hands of Safe Bound moving which have been nothing but helpful and truthful with me. Finally, today I got Brittney (from all coast moving) on the phone who said she would credit me $400 dollars for the items that were left off my inventory list which created the underestimate. $400 is not going to cut It when I’m now paying close to 5,000 dollars to move a one-bedroom apartment with minimal furniture and boxes from Florida to Chicago. They have ruined my moving experience. Trust me, you do NOT want to use this scam of a company. You will regret It like I did.

Ghetto. Unprofessional. Rude. If you don’t mind getting your items 2-3 months later, book with them. If you do mind STAY AWAY. On average customers have been receiving their items 2-3 months after the deadline they give you. Damaged merchandise. And they only brokerage…so they say. They do both, actually but lie and say it’s a third party. When really they also have their own movers. They do not meet deadlines and they lie….a ton. Told me my items were in transit two weeks later nothing. Had to file a police report.

Had a pretty standard experience here. Long distance move and a lot of rooms to be packed up with some disassembly for furniture pieces accumulated over the years. They were just fine and I didnt have any issues I would definitely recommend them them

These guys were awesome! They were fast, reliable, and trustworthy. They handled all of the boxes and furniture like real, true, professional movers! I couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out and they were truly a blessing in disguise during this very stressful time in my life!

They did a great job with handling my 3 bed 2 bath move. I was upgrade to a house with more footage so I bought some pieces of furniture and other things in advance and they even helped with all of that. I payed a little extra for them to assist in assembly with products that were still in the boxes and everything went pretty well!

5 star fantastic team here, know what you sign up for if you go elsewhere they will take your money and never come to get your things. All coast was fast and reliable and they make everything super simple and easy. Do not pass them up if you are looking for somewhere that will handle your move with tact!
