We've just finished a move with this company, and I'm extremely pleased with the exceptional level of service and quality. Every part of the process (from the initial walk through to the final drop) is handled with care and customer satisfaction. The movers were really kind to my children, which meant a lot to me. As we all know, moving is a stressful task, but the Alexander team really made it possible for my wife and I to feel comfortable and, most of all, to concentrate on our kids. This is a family-run business, which has many benefits. Since they are family members, they understand the family. Kecia, who handles a company's business/client, maintains a very tight ship. To all those who are in the process of moving (or considering moving)-use  Alexander. I've relocated 8 times in my life, and this business is by far the most qualified and customer facing company!

Great service

It's real gentlemen. From the moment they answered the phone to the moment they were finished. Equal flat rate, with no surprises. One day, the guys helped us pack, and the next day, they moved us. The team were our delivery men, and they were super nice, courteous, fast and kind. All of them together, I can tell they were promised, and delivered over.

Professional service

I just had some things to do, but it was so much for me to do on my own. I contacted last minute, and they were able to accommodate me in a very short time. The two movers showed up early, very friendly, effective and neat. They contacted me in advance to make sure I was prepared, and then again to ensure I was satisfied with their service. I'd certainly use these movers again.
