Highly recommended

All I have to say is that I am blown away by the level of service provided by this fantastic moving business. Because my wife and I had very little time to choose a good moving company, it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. We just wanted to see if the entire service was worth it, regardless of the cost, because it's tough to find people to take care of our belongings when we're moving. There were very valuable items, and they were carefully with everything. I highly recommend this guys!

Mi review, please read

At first, this company seems good. Their quotation staff are receptive (as one would be when trying to secure paying contracts). Their pre-shipment staff is top notch. The guys who came to the point of origin were great, too. They loaded my household goods and took care of wraping and stacking things nicely (note: we were present at this point). Here's where value and good stewardship end. My stuff was taken to the depot to wait for the driver's assignment. I'm never going to know what happened at the depot. We're going to our destination (it was a CA to MO move) and the driver is calling 24 hours in advance to give me a delivery window. The next day, the window is almost over and there is no driver and no call. So we're calling. And he's rude, but he says he's going to be there in an hour. All right, no problem. We waited. He's coming and he's rude from the start. After he's been here for at least 30 minutes trying to locate his truck, a random guy comes up and it turns out that this is his help for the day! Not a professional mover, but a random day worker. They're opening the truck, and my husband is shocked. Why are our plastic totes upside down, holes in them, and they're stuck in space? They weren't loaded at origin in such a way. Why is my husband creating a statue unboxed on the floor? Why is the driver going to throw away the statue and all the boxes, no matter how labeled, of the truck? Why are my new moving boxes, which were pristine and packed correctly at the beginning, all trashed and crushed and pushed into space, too? The day laborer? Why does this man, apparently a network or a professional known to the driver, look like he's going to die for a few hours at work and doesn't know how to properly lift and assemble the furniture? Why does my husband have to stand over the driver to insist on our furniture being reassembled when it's a contracted service? Why does the husband have to reassemble things that went wrong after they left? Whoosaaaa, man. Right? Right? The driver is rude and dismissive and careless all the time, so much so that the day laborer apologizes to him at the end. The office is closed on weekends, so I'm calling for a complaint on Monday morning. At first, it sounds like they're horrified, too, and I'm relieved. I'm sure the Operations Manager will call me in the next hour. He's not, but he's busy, so I'm patient. I'm calling Tues again. I'm told I'm on his published schedule and I'm going to get a call that day. I'm waiting. No. No call. Don't call Wednesday, either. So I'm not really frustrated and angry. I'm calling again on Thursday. This day is the first time that I have been advised of the claims process. I will fill out the claim, but I can´t submit it until all the items have been unpacked and checked because you cannot submit another claim, nor can you add to the claim once it has been submitted. Finally, I get to talk to the "operations manager" who is conveniently also the dispatch operator. He doesn't have a boss over him, too, so my complaint dies there. So, maybe I'll get $0.60/lb for the damaged items. Perhaps. But I haven't kept the crushed statue to weigh it. I have paid over 8 grand to this company, and I have been promised a professional moving experience. I haven't got that. They've got a lot of 5 star reviews on a lot of sites, but that's got to be some kind of fake if this is their usual way of doing business. I tried to solve this, but the company clearly has no interest in the experience of the customer when the money is in their hands. I was told as much when the "director of operations" said, "you already paid for the delivery, there isn't anything I'm going to do now." Which I found funny, because if I hadn't paid the driver almost 3 grand (in cash or postal money order only) he wouldn't have delivered my items, there would have been a $700 re-delivery fee and a storage fee. So it's not like I had an option not to pay, take it, and try to resolve it later.

Exceptional company

Accurate Express Movers is running a fantastic business! Moving is frustrating, and problems can certainly arise, but when choosing Accurate, they always work to make sure you're happy with your move. Everyone I communicated to from the company was courteous, receptive and pragmatic. I talked to real people whose names I learned fast as they were available for any questions I had, from the moving quote to the final day of delivery. We made a full-service move, and the process of packing and loading was a breeze. Our possessions came in the same quality as they were shipped, including expensive, high-end PCs, monitors, TVs, paintings, etc. There´s no doubt in my mind that this Accurate Express Movers is taking better care of their customers than any of the other major moving companies out there. We know who to call if we move again!

Awesome

Accurate Express has been fantastic. They were so useful in helping us to set up our relocation in a way that was accessible and accurate. The estimator with whom we worked was very competent and trained us a lot in terms of what to look for in each estimate and how to research each and every company we talked to. They were truthful, up front, and on top of all the details, from big to small. We've had moves in the past, but we've never gone as well as this one. They asked so many questions and revealed each and every cost up front so that the surprises of the day would not be moved. Without a company like them to help us through this, I'm pretty sure we'd have been left to work with brokers and less qualified movers. Thank you to everyone who took part in our move.

Really professionals

We didn't know where to start when it came to finding the right interstate moving company for us. We researched a lot and found Accurate Express. They were highly qualified, and you had to talk to a person every day. They made it very easy to follow any estimate, just as easy to read. Many of the other companies we talked to were trying to force us to make a reservation deposit on our first phone call without even reviewing its estimate, which was definitely a turnaround for us. We are the kind of people who want to see it in writing take their time to sleep on it before  make a final decision that involves thousands of dollars. They gave us the time and the resources to make the decision that would better fit our relocation. There was never a time when we were overwhelmed by phone calls and emails. They gave us the resources to make a decision on their own and decide exactly what we wanted, and because we were flexible, we were ready to save extra money on top of that. They're five star movers by far, and I definitely recommend them to everyone looking for a stand-up company. Call for yourself and see!
