Terrible decision

One of the stupidest decisions we've ever made! I wish I could bring them a negative star because they aren't deserving of even one. Sales representatives, crew, drivers, and owner were all extremely unprofessional! (Because, yes, we did speak to her.) Things are missing. Things have been broken. Despite the fact that we had a full inventory list, they more than doubled the contract price. They agreed to store our belongings before we arrived, then lied and said we gave them permission to deliver. We weren't prepared, we had to unload the whole truck into a storage building. This resulted in us spending even more money. They're liars and robbers. Don't make the same blunder as we did.

Don't hire this company!

They destroyed the majority of my belongings and took four boxes away from me. They dumped my suitcase three states away, for which I have a police report. Sofia refuses to answer or return my calls. According to sources, the settlement check was mailed three weeks ago. I contacted the Texas Attorney General's office. I suggest you do the same.

Nice moving company

I was referred to AAA and used them to transfer from Florida to DFW. They stuck to all of their plans and pricing. There were no surprises, and the shipment was delivered yesterday, in less than a week. I'm impressed and grateful that everything worked out. Thanks to Jason for organizing it, and to Tom for handling the distribution contact. I will certainly recommend them to anyone in need of dependable movers.

Excellent company

Our realtor suggested we use AAA moving and storage. We're happy we did!! They made moving look simple even though I knew it wasn't, and their straightforward pricing and excellent communication persuaded me to hire them. I'm glad I did because now if I ever need a mover, I know who to call.

Good move

These guys were awesome! The movers arrived on time, were really sweet, and took excellent care of my belongings on their way to Las Vegas! They worked well with me and delivered on time as they promised. I have hired them to transfer my son to Miami.
