Great Service Good People

From beginning to end one of the best experiences I've had from office staff to crew. No Problems, on time and did everything we needed. Could not ask for better. Great team of guys. Worked hard to get us moved. Didn't damage anything. It took a little longer and cost a little more, but I didn't mind paying for the convenience of someone else carrying and delivering my furniture. Would use again or refer to a friend. The 2 young men were awesome. I felt bad because the mosquitoes were out as well. They handled themselves professionally and was very efficient.

movers came on time me and my wife made sure all the boxes were packed before the movers came they provided free tv packing and free mattress covers ive dealt with several movers in the past and trust me they were no as courteous , thank you Josh for helping out

STAY AWAY DO NOT USE

Called to try and resolve issue before leaving review and receptionist said if I could spend as much as I did for the move that I should just replace the goods damage by their company employees. I am beyond disgusted with the level of service and total disregard for my belongings not to mention they left half my belongings at the old house. This company and it's employees are disrespectful and incompetent . I hope no one will experience this. They even attempted to get more money out of me half way through the move. STAY AWAY DO NOT USE

Absolute TRASH Company

Josh quoted us at $1804 to move from Warner Robins, GA to Cartersville, GA. This was an incredible price, so we thought. I booked immediately and paid $1500 upfront. I was to get three movers, a local crew, and an early move because I have work and the kids had school. Josh was VERY pleasant and jovial to take our order, but put his sassy pants on as soon as they had our money. We got two movers, two hours late, and a major headache it will take months to recoup from. The men packed small boxes into large ones to create an extra labor charge. They also failed to properly secure or protect our furniture—doors were hanging off toys, bookshelves were damaged. There is a gash in the side of my deep freezer that looks like they dragged it on its side. My dryer is scratched. Not a single item we bubble wrapped/shielded—they literally used Saran Wrap! Most devastating was the fact that they left my ALL husband’s medical equipment—his hoyer lift, his Acorn stair lift, and his Geri chair, along with his exercise equipment (mini stationary bike, over the door pulley, yoga balls, and therapy manipulatives). He is literally limited to his hospital bed or wheelchair until we get this resolved because they so carelessly left his other equipment behind. We work hard for what we have and to lose it all due to someone else’s negligence is unimaginably stressful. They brought nothing from our kitchen, so we are in our beautiful brand new home without so much as a fork. They left behind equipment from my small business as well—a sublimation printer, vinyl rolls, and a Cricut machine. Three gallons of epoxy resin, plus blanks for customization, GONE. Glowforge, GONE. The business equipment is devastating, specifically since this company insists we owe a balance still. (HOW, when they did not honor the quote, from the time of arrival to the origin location of the crew to the number of movers sent out for the job?! The movers were taking their sweet time and plotting how they would overcharge us I guess. They saw us literally carry my husband out of hour house and they promised they would get his medical equipment. Halfway to our new home, they began requesting additional money and threatening to not even go to our house unless we paid more. They threatened to take our items to a warehouse if we did not fork over $800 in additional fees. I had to negotiate and practically beg them to let us have our items even as I had already paid an additional 475 since they arrived at the new house. They refused to take a complaint and the office manager would not listen today, so our only recourse is likely going to be via civil action. Good thing we kept receipts and screenshots. I also recorded the abuse received from Josh on the phone. Also please beware the reviews on their site—they read suspiciously like texts from Josh. I think he or the movers are related to the owner. Steer clear of these guys unless you want more hassle than help.

Moving

Worst company to use. Stay away, first they will give you less price, there people will work slow and take long time and ask for money. On top, leave stuff behind broken and uninstalled. Then owner, Lisa will call and ask to tip. Even after bad..worst service ever, they ask money up front so you can’t actually do anything even if they don’t finish the work.

Moving

Very very disappointed with the service provided. When I hire, person promised to send extra ppl to pack and the day only one person came along with 2 movers. Movers didn’t take a part the items which cause scratches on my floor, chipped the wooden floor, messed up freshly paint in the house. Also, ended up breaking my massager chair. 2 out of 3 beds they kept it unassembled saying if they do it, it will take another 4 hours (next day for me it took me 20 mins to assemble both beds). Boxes which I mentioned to move, they kept it and wasted time on packing the items that I was throwing it in garbage. The drive for the move was only 20 mins max, it took them hour to get there. They wasted so much time for lunch and other personal things, later I ended up paying extra. Owner offer me to refund the charges which she charged me extra, today is 15th day since I had service, there is no refund. Neither they are responding to my emails. I would not hire them again.

Great guys no hassling prices were fair enjoyed the classy guys and company came and protected all my furniture josh was the man on the call prior to the brokers thanks moving team. I will make sure to use them next tim I love they were very careful and patience

Good Movers Hassle Free

The Day Started Great my movers came on time , but i had some issues when it came down to my boxes i was out of town so i did not get a chance to fully pack i called Josh , HE got me some boxes from HOme depot and told me try to pack as much as possible before the movers came when the movers got there they help me pack my boxes for free i just took them out on luch! i fooloowed to truck to college park were the guys wasted no time by delivering my good sand putting my furniture back together, it was a hassle free Move!

Josh is the Greatest

Some time in life God send you folks to help you it is your decision to go with that choice. Ladie Packers came on time Josh was on the line talking as useful but very usefull young man Am a war veteran at 80 years old i do not have the strenght to move my own home so these guys called out of the blue and it was a blessing ive delt with movers before the word is Hasske free with this company !
