Barbarous

I wouldn't even give them a one-star rating. They were obnoxious and pushy. I forget his name, but he offered me three separate pricing quotations in less than five minutes. When I informed them I'd have to check with my husband on costs, he became irritated and hung up. Do not accompany these folks.

It was an Absolutely awful experience.

We hired 500 Move, Alabama, to pick up and store our furnishings while we build our home on the Alabama coast. We received a call informing us that they were closing their doors and that we only had a few days to contract with another company to reload and store our furniture. Had to pay for unloading/loading as well as a higher monthly storage fee, as well as travel expenditures to and from Mobile to oversee the relocation. Corporate was quite unreasonable and refused to assist. 500 Move is actually considering going legal on this one. Terrible company, good movers, but a terrible, costly experience. I would not hire them to relocate my doghouse.

Worst corporation ever

This group should not be used. They will take advantage of you and send unprofessional individuals to your home who do not pack your belongings in a professional matter when or if you ever receive your things they will be broken or just simply missing. DO NOT hire THEM!! 

Dishonest company

Unethical. Brittany and Maria are liars. Their company robbed and vandalized 10k dollars worth of our things. They're literally going to through OUR Things. I'm feeling sick to my stomach.  If you want a move from hell, recruit them. I can't believe that they even call themselves a corporation. I'm embarrassed of you guys. Rot in hell, man.

Liars!

These guys called on the day of delivery and made me pay an additional $350 for a fake reason—their truck just can not "make it" to my home—-even though the semis came to my town and my street all the time. Then they smashed a table, and they lost a package. I contacted the owner, and he was Rude and hostile. Don't believe them.

Great experience

My experience in organizing a move from Surprise AZ to Portland OR was a nightmare, except for the support I got from Ely Pazur @500Move. Another company has put me in an incredibly complicated, stressful situation, which has made me look for a second company to transfer. Please enter 500Move. Ely listened to my worries and was diligent to find a solution to fulfill my needs. There's no strain, no lies. Unexpectedly, my condition has changed and I have terminated the contract. Another surprise, my deposit was reimbursed the next day. Ely's honesty and sincere empathy make me feel respected as a customer and regain my confidence. I am very grateful to 500Move and Ely Pazur for offering an honest service. Thank you very much!

Well done!

I really had to say this about the company. Rob and his crew came out and impressed me. So thankful for his experience. It was delivered yesterday and I just started unpacking it all, and I'm in shock. There's nothing  broken (so far). I also talked to Stephanie multiple times (this lady is a sweet heart) and she always let me know where my stuff was on her way. Thanks to everyone involved. We are totally going to be nestled in our new home! Thank you, 500 move!

Great movers!

I used 500 moves to move to NY, from beginning to end, all was fine. The phone estimator Lisa replied all my questions, and I had a lot of them because of the harebel experience with another company I used before, this time I understood all the extra and I had one at the delivery place, but I knew that the estimator didn't "hide" any of the fees policy. Things picked up on time and efficiently those guys know the work, showed up as scheduled, reassembled all the items put in my new location, and took all the boxes and packing materials used with them. In general, I'm very happy with 500 move services and I'm sure I'll use them again. Thanks!!
