Couldn`t be worse

This business should not be used. They not only have these extra fees that are not mentioned in their contracts, but they also make all of these false promises. And if you don't pay, they threaten to leave with your belongings and charge you for storage. The business is completely piss poor.

Scammers

I worked with a man named Russell who overestimated the cost of the transfer by nearly $4000, lied to me about the PPE the movers would wear, suggested a criminal to move my car, and lied about how long it would take for my belongings to arrive. These guys are less costly than the more expensive movers, but it's not worth the inconvenience, harm to your furniture, and the probability of getting Covid because their movers don't believe in science.

Really bad service

I hired them for a long distance transfer. All of the movers who arrived did an outstanding job and were friendly, but communication and professionalism from the corporate office were clearly insufficient. During the transfer, they misplaced a wide card board box (22x16x15 in). They never apologised, and they never even agreed to look for it. Simply claiming that it was missing and filing a lawsuit. It would have been disastrous if we hadn't purchased supplementary insurance. When we raised the amount delivered, the cost changed, but it then changed again for unexplained reasons. They also add shuttle fees a few days before the transfer, claiming they were unaware (can be easily calculated with Google Maps at any time, what changed 3 days before?) I cannot recommend them and advise you to look elsewhere.

Worst experience ever

Avoid 24/7 logistic movers!! Keep away if you value your belongings. I've been here six weeks and I'm still finding stolen and broken items. My heart is completely broken. My worst fear became a reality. When I complained, I was referred to their insurance department, which showed no sympathy or consideration. A work that should have taken 3-7 days ended up taking 3 weeks. Apparently, one driver picks up your belongings halfway and another continues the load. They couldn't find a second driver to finish the load. I had broken and stolen things. To say the least, my heart is broken. I will never recommend or use this business again. There is no amount of money that will compensate for or substitute what I have lost.

Miserable service

Since I was in the service, all I asked for was weight tickets; they could have destroyed all of my belongings and I wouldn't have been as upset. Charles, the sales manager, is a nice guy on the phone who makes you feel like they really care and hounds you to join. So they said he never wrote it on his notes, which was the one thing I asked for. And, boy, their operator is the most arrogant person I've ever met, and I've been deployed! Really good at charging you, but not so good at delivering on time. If you're moving, I wouldn't suggest using this business. I had high expectations for them, but they disappointed me horribly.
