No delivery, no refund

Hi, everyone, I've relocated from Dallas, TX to Bentonville, AR, and they've promised to deliver within 7 days, just 350 miles away. And if they're checked on the website, it's 1 to 7 days for 500 miles. But I didn't receive it within 7 days, and I asked them, and they're so casual that they spoke, and they still reported it in their Dallas Warehouse, and they didn't get the vehicle to send my stuff. They told me that they could not commit any fixed date for my delivery, and that it might take a few more days. Also, I requested for refund, and it seems not in their rules. Now, without my required stuff, I am suffering:-( So sorry to share it with you. I'm bad now, too, that I paid the entire sum in advance. I can't subtract any money now.

Good service

These guys" (1st generation) were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They took care of everything and kept me aware of what was going on with each phase of the process. They were very patient with me, too, when figuring out the specifics of the move. Well, overall, a good experience.

Exceptional team

If I could give 6 stars, I'd give 7 to these movers, they're amazing. They ended before because I wanted them to handle the work, but very professionally. Despite the 105 extras, the overall amount was even less than the Estimate was. I've moved a lot of times and never had movers like this, and I'm totally using them again, they're awesome.

They've relocated my office and my home really quickly and professionally in the last year. Nice, honest business to work with. The money was right when we negotiated, and there were no hidden costs or extras. Will recommend it to all of my family and friends.
