Amazing company

I needed last minute moving services and they had movers available for next day service. Rachel the sales manager, was so accommodating and helpful. Also, she was friendly and had good energy. Rachel answered all my questions and explained things in a way I could understand. Her professionalism and diligence helped me feel less stressed about the move. Tito and crew arrived on time and made the moving process so smooth. They were very professional and knowledgeable on how to move correctly. I had no worries about anything being damaged because of the moving crew experience. Also, they were fast and efficient. I’m so thankful that I found and booked we care for you

Terrible moving company

I am writing this review to warn potential customers that this is the worst moving company that we have ever dealt with in 50 years. They are basically Scam artists. We contracted them to move our house contents from Orlando Florida to New Jersey on May 21 2023. They delivered the move and from there it has been a terrible experience. A significant number of items were stolen and a number of furniture pieces were broken. The list is long. They broke the legs of valuable furniture , a crystal chandelier was broken in pieces, they stole a TV, ladder, tools, etc. We had insurance but to this date no one has helped us. We get the run around but no one is willing to come to see the damages or to pay us to fix them. Before you hire this company be very careful because you will get robbed and ripped off. You better have videos of everything , receipts for everything, quotes for every item that needs repair and you will still get the run around. They are pros at scamming you out of your money and then getting lost. Please think twice before you hire this company. It has been a 9 month night mare for us.

Horrible service

This felt like a scam. We had very little furniture to move. We were given a 5 hour window and they showed up 4 hours later at 8:10pm. Then they charged us $1000.00 more than the original quote. Upon delivery they charged $300.00 more. This was close to double the original quote. When we called customer service, we were treated very poorly. They were very rude. Any question we asked was always answered with “I don’t know”. If they don’t know they shouldn’t be answering the phone. Fine someone to move you that really does care because they don’t.

Great Crew Great Service

I am very happy with my choice of movers We Care For You did a fantastic job and really made this stressful situation a positive one. Jason, Oshane & Mike were wonderful, They packed my items carefully and with such patience, the guys really got a long great and that made the move very easy going.

Excellent movers

They were extremely efficient, quick, professional, and courteous. I couldn't believe it when I realized that the entire move took just over three hours. The price for three movers was really cheap, and there were no unpleasant surprises. Moving is stressful, but they managed to make it enjoyable. When I move, I will undoubtedly use them again, and I have already recommended them to family and friends.

We Care For You

This company moved my father, a veteran, on Saturday, and the movers who arrived from We Care For You, john and mike, were so helpful and polite. They went above and beyond to help my father, and I will tell you these guys were true gentlemen. I would definitely suggest them to all of my family and friends.

They don't care about you at all!

I'd give no stars if I could. When the boxes arrived at my house, I was completely taken aback because most of them were damaged. In addition, I misplaced several items, including boxes and furniture. How could a large item like chairs be lost if they truly care about you? They are only concerned with their own money and time, not with yours. If you received excellent service simply because you were fortunate.

Smooth move

Everything was so smooth and joyful. They meticulously organized our belongings. We were able to save our belongings adequately. Persons who are helpful! For my next move, I will only use this mover and recommend them to anyone looking for highly respected and highly trained movers.

Long distance move

This business should not be included. You will save money and time. Move yourself and recruit locals to assist you. I paid four times what it would have cost me to drive one truck load myself. You just have to pay them to drive one truck load. And they refused to load their truck fully because their boss made them load someone else's belongings behind mine in order to be selfish and make more money.

Grateful with the service

First and foremost, let me say that I had an excellent experience with this business. It began frustratingly because I was dealing with personal issues and took my frustrations out on my movers, but they remained professional despite my foul language and rude demeanor. I'd like to thank them for having my items picked up and delivered safely, particularly during this hectic period.
