Caution!

This company does not move you, they take your money and find dubious companies in rental trucks to do the work. Everything was damaged and I recieved zero compensation. I highly doubt the moving company was insured. They use a third company called "claims department " to handle claims, which they do nothing about and wash their hands of everything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Moving from NY to Orlando

When getting a quote from this company make sure that you’re clear on what you’re taking even though that I was clear on what I was bringing to Orlando Florida they gave me a price of $1,945 this was with a military discount and when they called me for quality services to go over what I was typically taking it went up another thousand dollars even though I left some items back it took them three weeks to get my stuff and the driver had the audacity to ask my son where did he come from he said New York and he asked why you left New York because they don’t have enough cocaine what kind of disrespectful thing is that I ask somebody. Greatly disappointed

All they say is fake

I'm still waiting for somebody to return my phone calls or answer any of my 7 emails that I sent them to cancel my order at the end of 1 business day. My deposit check was cashed on the second business day, when I was notified it would take four business days. I'm on my 7th day trying to get this resolved. I am deeply annoyed by their lack of professionalism, lack of response and poor customer service.

Really Unprofessional

I was in the process of taking everything set up over the phone, and my internet went down, so I missed the call.Then I got a very offensive text message from the company telling me to just move out of my own and not waste their time. Is it serious? So unprofessional and immature. There are a lot of other companies-choose a different one!

Really glad with moving service

I was happily surprised how skilled movers could be. Half an hour early to access all moving needs. Professionally wrapped couch and piano with blankets and plastic covers. I felt at ease that my stuff was going to be well taken care of. When we get here, they'll drop my stuff easily and efficiently. They disassemble beds so that they can fit through narrow passageways and repair them once they have been completed. They've made it so smooth and effortless.

Best than I thought

I had high hopes, because my brother is a successful mover, and I've seen how real businesses are supposed to work. I haven't selected the cheapest mover because you get what you pay for in this industry. My things were picked up in my 3 day span, helped to wrap up one of my sofas and to wrap up my dresser. One of the staff seemed to be hungover, but they were quick and effective. I used the 30 days of free storage at my destination, and they relocated me to my new house and put everything in place perfectly! You're going to get what you pay for. As far as long distance travel is concerned, it's hard to beat the US Pro Movings service.

Great Job

Using US Pro Moving makes it easier and less frustrating to move long distances. This is particularly valid if you don't have your final destination housing set up before packing the old house! I'm certainly going to use them again... if I have to move, of course!
