Stay Away!

This company could be the worst I've ever dealt with. I'm sure all of these five-star reviews are required of their employees. You work with four different companies. They store your items in a storage facility and transport them whenever they want. Their ETA timeframe is off by 2-3 weeks. Keep your distance.

Stay away from this company!

This has been one of my worst experiences ever! Don't make a book with them!! During my initial phone call, the representative, Julian, was very kind and reassuring, but FALSE promised a guaranteed delivery date. When the pick-up date was closer, there was no communication from them, and my pick-up date was rescheduled twice. At last, when a date and a specific time were set, I waited for the drivers to show up, but they never did, and they never gave me a phone call. I live half an hour from the pick-up location, so I had to drive a total of an hour and wait another hour before someone called me back after I repeatedly called their office. Then, I received a call hour later, notifying me that they're not going to be able to get my stuff to the final location until 20 days or so after my set delivery date. I then called the United States Moving Services only to be rated by a representative saying that no one told me a guaranteed date and that the times written on the binding contract are just estimates. Then I asked to get a refund, because I didn't want to work with such a false company. I wrote an e-mail asking for a refund just to get a call saying they've already used most of my deposit money for booking movers? I am appalled at how unprofessional and uncommunicative this firm is.

Going to litigation

I wish I could give them a negative start. I'm sharing two request letters sent by my attorney to the U.S. Moving Services Long story short, they're underbidding the job. If you want a full story, see the (edited) request letter to FNVL representative John Allen. Absolute hacks, man. They knew that they were underbidding the work, and when John was confronted, he basically stopped all the communication. After the third request letter, we finally received a reply. Basically, I've been told to pound the sand.

Better than any company

These guys packed everything from both places. There are no complaints, no breaks, no sweat. I was shocked to see how they worked 6 hours straight today without having to sit down for a second. They were kind, helpful, and at the expense, they didn't try to make you up. I recommend it to anyone looking for professional, affordable, friendly movers!

Great workers

Today, we had the United States Moving Services for our movers. With our belongings, they were efficient and very careful. We had a bit of a difficult move, considering that our sofa had to go up 4 stairs. They got it up and there was no complaint in our new apartment. I would definitely recommend doing business with this company, and we'll use it in any future move.

Good company

It began with a comfortable meeting with the estimator, Kevin, who was very professional and took the time to respond all our questions. When moving the start team was professional and quick to work. Take extra precautions. Very humble in their attitude.
