DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU WANT SOMEONE TO SHOW UP

This business is HORRIBLE! They offer you an estimate and appear to be professional, but then fail to show up on the day of the move despite verbal and email confirmation from me! There was no one to take my phone, and their representative did not even call to apologize, instead stating, "I'm not sure what happened" and "don't be upset at me, it's not my responsibility.". What a ruse!!

Where are our belongings?

MoveSmart & Storage was contracted by United American Moving to move us. They have placed October 15, 2020 as the date of arrival. That had come and gone. United American Moving was told that it could take up to another 21 business days to arrive. That had come and gone. They were then informed on November 30th. That had come and gone. United American Movingthen said they had lost touch with Jason Pacheco/MoveSmart (owner). A allegation & police report was recommended to be submitted.Submitted a lawsuit against MoveSmart & United American Moving & submitted a MoveSmart police report.

Effortless move

I relocated to Los Angeles recently and my experience with my first moving company was excellent. United American Moving provided me with a quote that was beyond fair given that I was moving to the Pacific side across the country. I was told how my things were transported and what time I should expect them to be around. My things were intact and very well taken care of. The whole transition was fantastic. With my operation, I was very happy and could not have invested in a better moving situation than this. Thank you so much!
