Buyer Beware

Read the contract carefully, because if you use this company, they will charge you extra money even for breathing during your move. Extra items, mandatory packaging, very heavy items: money, money, and more money.

Poor services!!

This company was dishonest from start to finish. It caused me the worst headaches of my life. Please don't call them, it's not worth it at all.

It was a terrible experience. They couldn't pick up all of our items, so the next day, we had to spend a lot of extra money to finish the move by ourselves.

They worked very hard to make our move successful. The whole team was very careful with my things, and they were very kind. I am very satisfied!

Worst service ever received

They manipulate information about quotes and delivery times just to secure the sale. Then they corner you to ask you for more money, and if you want to complain, the company they never answer the phone. Never use their services.

LEGAL THUGS

All positive reviews of this company are false! They take advantage of every moment of the process to charge you more and more money, despite having attracted you with a much lower false quote. Half of my things arrived broken, totally destroyed, and mistreated, other of my things were simply stolen. I recommend never using this kind of companies, they are legal scammers!

LITERALLY CHARGED ME MONEY TO BREAK ALL THE THINGS IMPORTANT TO ME

At first, they gave us great prices and even special discounts, just to get us to sign the contract and get our deposit. After this, they only go up and up the price, and they even lie to you to ask for more money. Customer service disappears when you make a complaint, they never answer the phone or emails. They broke many of my things and when they were moving them they also damaged my apartment.

It was an excellent experience working with this company. They keep you informed about everything related to your moving process, and they were not delayed with anything. The movers did an amazing job too!

Cons and crooks

They told me that the price of my move would be about $ 5000 and when they secured my deposit, they raised the price to $ 22000. $ 22000 for moving a 2 bedroom home! Simply unbelievable. Don't believe anything they tell you, they just lie at their convenience.

I felt like being robbed or frauded and may never get my shipment back

I am very afraid of never seeing my things again. They called us offering us an excellent price for our move. It was a surprise when the movers arrived and demanded a much higher payment. We couldn't pay that much, so we wanted to cancel the move. Then they told us that if we canceled we would lose our deposit. We reached an agreement, we paid more money, and they picked up our things. They gave us a delivery date that was postponed about 5 times. The last delivery date they gave us was just yesterday, and I still don't have my things. Calling their customer service is useless, and only makes us feel more frustrated. US Standard Moving & Storage is a company you should stay away from!
