Average Service Price
Everyone I dealt with at Trinity Relocation Group was an excellent communicator. From their call center agents to their manager and delivery employees. This helped to quickly clarify the situation when I had some questions, and they described everything they were doing with my belongings. They were very prompt in notifying me of their status as they relocated my items. Trinity Relocation Group moved all of my belongings in a high-quality relocation.
I've moved large distances multiple times and have never been more disappointed. Trinity never stated to be a broker, and I ended up interacting with three other firms during the process. The cost has more than doubled since the initial estimate. This was a terrible experience.
This company provided me with a fantastic moving experience. The movers were kind and efficient, and I could always reach the moving supervisor, who was quick to reply to my questions and concerns. The entire staff was extremely focused and energetic. We were only able to complete the transfer because of their hard work, commitment, and determination. Thank you so much!
from Jamestown to Orlando
Poor in every area
William Andrews, Jamestown SC #B5119590 10/22/2021 Contacted Trinity moving and storage as one of many companies to move us from South Carolina to the Orlando area in Florida. Dylan Boyle was the sales agent and offered me a great price after my veterans discount. The total estimate was $5,260.84. After send my deposit of $1821.33 the total cost would have been $3,439.51. I called to reduce the items needed to be shipped (Washer, Dryer, two work benches, metal cabinet, 2 ladders, metal shelving, garden tools, shop vac and 2 weed eaters.) The list was updated by Bruce Richards the senior estimator but the price did not change. I called again to find out how much I would need at pick up and was told $1,761.72. This would bring the total estimate to $1,677.79. When the Truck arrived (not Trinity but a company called Star USA Moving LCC I was handed a bill for $3,100. Driver said half now and half when delivered. That would have me pay at delivery another $3,100. That would bring the total price to $8,021.33. I tried calling and emailing Trinity to get an explanation but as of this review Ive heard nothing from them. I tried leaving a message after hours but the voice mailbox was full. Totally disappointed in this companies customer service and mis quote. I expected to pay a little over the estimate but not $2760.49 over the estimate. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I hope you read this before you choose them. I wish I had researched this company better than I did.
Professional and prompt
We could not have been more pleased with the support we got from the Trinity Relocation Company. The team arrived on time and was courteous all along, as well as possessing a sense of humor. All testing has been performed to a very high level. They were also very efficient-I was surprised how easily we were packed up and moved to the new building. Moving is really stressful, but these guys have made it so quick, and I thank them for that. We had outstanding service and would highly suggest Trinity Relocation Group to any potential customer.
The worst company
This is a JOKE business! The initial quote was $9,000, and the time we left CA, it was up to $16,500!!! This was the Worst move I had before, and this company is a BROKER, not a MOVER. They don't have power over the guys who are actually moving you. We had broken a lot of things, and the team that packed us in CA had no care for our cargo, and a lot of it was broken!!! (My beloved sons scooter is missing!) I never quit the feedback... but I feel very compelled to alert anyone I can... Do not hire them. Worst experience ever!!
All I worked with at the Trinity Relocation Community was a successful communicator. They all spoke English from their call center members to their manager and service delivery employees. This helped clear up the air quickly when I was worried, and they explained what they were doing about my things. Also, they were very happy to tell me the progress they were making when they moved my stuff from Virginia to Texas. All my stuff were moved from Virginia to Copperas Cove, Texas, in an amazing quality transfer by the industry leaders themselves – Trinity Relocation Group.
Definitely using Trinity Relocation again
Jacob and Frank were both great at work, they arrived on time with good attitudes, and they were both professional and polite during our moving experience. Both movers took care of our important parts and spoke to us all along the way, helping us to help expedite the process where we could, and allowing us a lot of transparency about costs and timing. Although we weren't going too fast, they made the transition as smooth and quick as it could possibly be, we would highly recommend it.
To be clear, this is a broker who’s only responsibility is to give the customer a quote for the move and to schedule an actual moving company for you. Trinity Relocation really does nothing but add thousands of dollars to your move. You, as the customer, can do everything this company does. Trinity Relocation hired us a moving company with abysmal online reviews, who broke and stole (lost) a surprising amount of our things. Trinity costumer service claims to “be an advocate if unfortunate circumstances arrive,” but has done nothing to help or remedy our unfortunate situation. When I asked one of their customer service agents if they would suggest that own mother use this company, this person chuckled and said no. She would not elaborate as to why she felt this way. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Call and book your own movers.
