My items were damage

This firm is awful; they wrecked my furniture to the point where I couldn't use it, scraped and destroyed other equipment, and only offered me cents to correct the problem. The ticker on their claim form states that they must erase any negative reviews in order to receive the money. Deceptive practice so you know there are a lot of poor reviews out there but can't since they hold your money otherwise.
