Dissapointed

 I had high expectations for Summit's service, but I was disappointed. Let me begin with the positives: the actual moving process was smooth, and the drivers did an excellent job of protecting furniture and other items. Negatives: Stolen items, poor customer service. .Make sure you take inventory as your belongings are delivered! The driver tries to have you sign a form indicating that you took inventory without actually allowing you to do so. Don't get taken in by this! You may discover that one of their staff stole something after the move, just like we did.

2 Bedroom move

I needed to relocate two bedrooms full of goods. The staff in the office were courteous and pleasant. They went above and beyond to make the moving services as smooth and enjoyable as possible. They  packed everything, loaded everything safely, and came on time at my new address. Thanks on your work.

Really Satisfied

Summit has been used by our family a few times. We did it because we were really pleased with the operation. I have a few houses, and because of the price and quality of service, I use Summit exclusively. In the past, I have used other moving firms. Since nothing breaks, I prefer to continue to use Summit, because everyone is very personable and respectful of our products. This specific move wasn't that significant, but our others were. I assume Summit is going to do a fantastic job for you. Thank you, Jim

Horrible

They just dumped the drivers and ran and claimed they were behind on their timetable. Several images of furniture pieces with drivers carrying parts. I had insurance for replacement expenses but did not cover anything (? $400 expense ripoff. Money just sticks in their pocket for the company). There were many boxes missing to be assured that they would never lose that many boxes (minimum of ten). My evaluation was $10,000, not counting the loss of the ashes of my brothers, which did not reflect regret.

Don´t hire!!

Summit made up for that after traveling several times over the past 25 years with little to no harm!! Incredible - crushed pieces, chipped wood, cracked wooden bed frame, buckled bicycle wheels.. Boxes were damaged by water and tape was simply switched off. Boxes identified as fragile were also crushed. The supply mover said, "Don't worry u have insurance" Long distance transfer - after 3 weeks on the west coast, my furniture was already on the east side. Steer clear of this association. Worth it not!

Very pleased

They were patient and courteous. They've been successful. Currently, the real cost was several hundred dollars lower than the original estimate. This move was a move on a local level. Based on my experience here, however, I will probably use them for my upcoming interstate relocation again.

John and his partner were really nice and they were productive and competent, doing everything I wanted. There was no harm and everything went to plan. Fantastic work and can advise everyone that is planning a move. If required, he will use them again!
