Really bad experience

I never could have had any worse experience with this moving company. The movers arrived looking like they were hired off the highway. They packed up my stuff and they were going. They turned up at my new place 8 days later. The driver recruited a few random people to assist with the transfer, and only one showed up, leaving them very unstaffed. As they started moving my things inside, I realized that everything that wasn't in the box was broken. My couch, my TV, my TV console, my chairs, my bikes, my piano and my lamp were all damaged. It was so bad that the driver called the owner of the company and told him that he had never seen anything that bad before. I filled out the required insurance forms, and after four months of phone calls and emails, I was told that they would pay me $149 for the $5,000 harm they had caused. I spent the last month emailing the company and trying to get them to pay for the damages they caused. They've taken at least a week to reply to each email. I was told today that they would give me $649 and that was their final offer. Please do your own favor and find another business to move. They are not trustworthy and do not take care of the harm they cause. You're better off throwing away your stuff and buying new stuff from your new place. It's going to save you headache and annoyance from dealing with such a bad business.

Amazing company

I've discovered these movers via Google. I recently relocated from Florida to Los Angeles and was priced based on room rather than weight. My sales representative was very knowledgeable and supportive. It took about two weeks to arrive, and once the guys got out here, they're totally helping me out with the re-fix of my new home. I hope I don't have to transfer again, but if I do, I'm going to make good use of these guys!!

Very happy customer

I recently hired Sky Van Line to move my household to Los Angeles, where a quote I got over the phone was focused on the things I had. My sales agent Kaila helped me and answered all my questions that she was great at dealing with on the day of pick-up, the crew did a great job packing my house and loading it into their truck. Delivery took four days from Texas, and when my products arrived, everything was perfect. After delivery, Lucy from the customer service team called me to make sure everything was shipped in great condition. I was very impressed with this group and very pleased to know that they are taking care of their clients.

Grateful with the service

I strongly recommend this company to move with. Kaila was phenomenal, and she communicated with me every step of the way. Daniel and Melia were the moving group. They exceeded my expectations with excellent customer service with white glove plus an affordable pricing. My family member's household goods were moved from Ohio to Texas on time with absolutely no damage. Please consider this company as well.

Incompetent company

Sky Van Line (Mission Hills, CA) has never given my belongings back. I don't know how to have a worse experience. Every part of the process, from pickup to contact, to flying down to California to pick up my belongings on my own, was unnecessary stressful. I wouldn't have recommended this company to anyone. I've had good experiences with every other mover I've used; Sky Van Line has failed on every front in the most basic ways.
