Professional movers
It was just too good to be true. The moving services were excellent, and we have no complaints. Additionally, the movers provided reasonable prices. During the move, I didn't have to be concerned about additional fees. I respect their great souls and would welcome the opportunity to have them handle my relocation services once more.
Liars
Even if you include the weight of the products, they do not weigh them prior to packaging and then charge shipping costs for a weight that is far greater than the weight of the items being delivered. Expect the true cost to be twice to 2.5 times that of their "estimate." In their initial quote, they purposefully quote with underweight. Then they bundle to ensure the greatest possible weight.
Waiting for my belongings
It's been over two months. I was notified on Monday that it was ready, and they are attempting to charge me an additional $1000 for insurance. I am actually attempting to waive it, but have had no interaction from them or assistance with a virtual contract that is only partially greyed out. As a result of their incompetence, my belongings are now being kept hostage with a rise in holding fees.
Excellent service
Our experience with Ship Mart was simple, smooth, and on time within the time frame they provided. Lay carefully packed our chair from my parents' house and unpacked it in our living room. The customer service was excellent; they followed up with me after the delivery. I couldn't be happier.
Long distance move
It was my first time moving long-distance and I needed a dependable business. I discovered Ship Smart during an online search and decided to give them a try. Nice move

Licenses & Certificates:
Companies that transport household goods like ShipSmart have to register annually with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
