Highly Recommended

They were absolute champs!! Moved everything quickly and professionally, and safely and worked SO hard. Did a great job protecting things I cared about with blankets, plastic wrap, and tape. I'll consider them again for my next move. Let's just hope I won't need it soon :).

Safeway Moving Systems came through...glad I found them. These guys made moving smooth. Scheduling an appointment was simple; they arrived on time and were fast. They were also really professional. I had to call Safeway Moving Systems at the last minute after another moving company reneged on me days before my move.

Great mover!!

Recommend these guys! The crew was friendly and super quick and took under two-hours. They were efficient but still very professional with our stuff - wrapped and blanketed just about everything. The price also blew other movers out of the water, and it was beyond worth it. I hope we won't be moving again soon, but I know who to call if so.

Very nice!!

The crew came to our house when they said they would, and they went to work packing our stuff. They worked hard for us, and have a pretty good sense of humor. Safeway Moving Systems has always been very responsive, whether talking with the crew or the office. On the whole, though, Safeway Moving Systems provided excellent service, stayed within the estimate, and packed us up completely and correctly. I'd use them again.

Have used a lot of movers in the FL area, but these guys were the best. They provide what you want in a moving company - they are punctual, professional, courteous, and efficient. They took excellent care wrapping up our furniture and were very careful with fragile items.

Safeway Moving

Safeway Moving cause damage to the premises where my furniture was stored and now refuses to pay for repairs or respond to my calls. I would never again do business with this firm. I've hired a lot of movers over the years and have never been handled so poorly. They are thieves !! scam company

Hell's movers

 our belongings were loaded onto a truck. For our belongings, we had to wait 69 days. We never got any responses. The customer service is appalling. They shattered an antique table leg, lost a leg of an antique buffet, fractured a tabletop, broke the exercise bike, and many other items were dented or had their finishes worn off. I worked on a claim, and they informed me that despite our negative experience, they would handle our claim as a top priority. They haven't responded yet, and the phones are now all out of service. There is no honor. Never, ever pay attention to the sales pitch. We were repeatedly deceived.

I would not recommend this company to anyone

Bad customer service All of my boxes were broken and broken, indicating that they simply dumped everything on the vehicle with nothing secured down. My TV, which they had packaged, had been shattered. When the driver arrived, he was nasty and slept. When everything was unloaded, the driver came up and was in a hurry, stating he had to get to New York. They hire random guys from the neighborhood to unload, and they were pleasant but had no masks or gloves. 

Terrible experience so far

We have found this company incredibly frustrating to work with. Our original rep (Frank) was actually really nice and easy to work with. However, that is where the good times end. They originally said they would give us 72 hours notice for picking up our stuff--they gave us less than 18 hours. Then they showed up almost 8 hours late. And we think a few things were stolen--which we reported to safeway immediately. I understand this is the contractors and not safeway (technically) but it is on safeway to ensure their contractors are reliable and trustworthy. After reaching out to safeway numerous times, we found their customer service to be condescending and downright unhelpful. To add injury to insult, they must be wayyyy under quoting people to attract customers because despite insanely detailed inventory lists (which were almost identical to what the movers picked up, give or take a single chair), its costing us $1000+ more than original quotes. And they keep adding on charges. I am furious with this experience, with how much it is costing us, with how unhelpful safeway has been, and with how stressed I am that our stuff will ever even reach us. FIND A BETTER COMPANY.

Nightmare

They charged us 4 times what they had told us at the beginning, just when the move had to be done and we could no longer refuse. They were not careful with our things either, many items were broken and others were simply lost and the workers left a mess in the house. If moving is stressful, this company makes it worse!
