Horrific company and ownee

This shitty company came to us by a broker, express movers, and they overcharged, extorted money, did not deliver our furniture! They stole and damaged everything! Then come to find that the company they say they used for claims dropped them! Avoid at all Costs!!’

Not a good service

I chose Radius Moving and Storage for my recent move from MA to LA. They charged me too much. Would not bring my stuff from the road to my condo unless I paid more than the specified amount in cash. Basically, everything was damaged, and my foldable bike was destroyed. I'm in the process of suing them right now. You will be regretful if you utilize them.

Liars

Use this company at your own risk! The price was double what was quoted. We were assured that we would receive our products in a few days; however, it has already been 7 days and we have not received anything. Our point of contact has stopped receiving calls and responding to emails. We relocated from SC to MA, so we are now sitting in an empty apartment waiting for our belongings, not knowing when they will come. This is the last time I will use this firm. I would suggest that you investigate any organization before hiring them; I regret not following my own advice.

Excellent move

This is the first time I've hired a moving company to transfer my belongings, and I must say that I'm really pleased with the results. It was incredible because I didn't have to do anything. My belongings arrived in perfect condition and in a timely manner. The wisest decision I've ever made.

Great experience

This company is one that I would recommend to anyone! I was hesitant about hiring a moving company because I had no previous experience, but they were so competent and kind that it seemed like I had friends helping me. The staff was really careful with my belongings, and they were on time, efficient, and dependable.

Awful experience

I moved from Maine to Florida. We were informed that our belongings would not be transferred from one truck to another; however, our belongings were deposited in Clifton, NJ. After many weeks of storage, it was transferred to another vehicle. When the truck arrived, the original quotation was doubled. The term "cubic footage" was completely incorrect. They did not multiply one foot by one foot by one foot to get a cubic foot. ( I was paid for 175 cubic feet but was only given a room on a small truck that was 1 foot by 7 feet by 8 feet at most. That is just 56 cubic feet according to the math I studied in school. ) Stuff was opened and resealed, at least 8 large totes were lost, and a two-drawer file cabinet containing all of my military papers, decorations, and job records from the government for which I served for 37 years was never shipped. Boxes of DVDs went missing, boxes of paying bills went missing, and all of my medical history from the military and my life were in the file cabinet that went missing. After our relocation, we were told our belongings were being searched for over two months before being told to simply file a claim, which was an unbelievable awful experience.

Dishonest moving company

After showing up, Radius attempted to double the cost of moving. Justin insisted on payment in CASH for the overage!! Justin smashed a piece of furniture and fled our home so quickly that he left tools behind!! Justin was unprofessional in his treatment of our things, and as a Radius representative, I would NEVER recommend this business.

Great company

They were so professional and had such reasonable prices that I fell in love with them! Chanel was extremely accommodating, courteous, and supportive!! Still kept me up to date on my dates and things. The price was slightly higher than originally quoted, but that was understandable given that I had more items than I realized! They actually collaborated with me (budget-wise). Above all, I am extremely satisfied with the services provided.

Radius Moving

This business was fantastic. We moved from New York to New Jersey for the first time, and they made things as simple as possible. The staff are amazing, and the employees were incredible. I will recommend them to everyone, and I would certainly use them again in the future.

Wonderful service

I was overwhelmed by my move from New Jersey to Los Angeles; however, the customer service was excellent; they packed everything carefully and made me feel at ease in the process. They appeared one day earlier than planned, but I had everything ready. I totally recommend this business.
