Great Job

They have everything you need to make your move go well. A friendly team, professional relocation estimators, and affordable costs! It was my first time dealing with them, and it was a pleasant experience. Thank you, guys; we'll be working with again in the near future. I only hope it's not too soon because relocating is a pain, but Progressive Relocation made it easier.

Worst experience ever

Use this business at your own risk! We relocated to Florida from Virginia. The movers were late because they ran out of packing materials. One man was hungover and slept in the truck until he was ready to work. The wardrobe boxes were stuffed with clothes thrown in a pile and had nothing hanging! The movers packed the household goods with our own blankets and clothing, resulting in many broken and damaged items. The majority of the photographs had broken glass and gouged frames. We had relocated several times while in the service, but this was the worst.

They`re Lifesavers

I am extremely grateful and thankful to Joshua and the Progressive staff for managing my family's relocation from Fort Lauderdale to California. They were extremely professional and accommodating, and the service was well above par. No wood or glass was left uncovered in the wrapping or packaging. My cat Reeree escaped during the delivery and climbed a tree, and believe it or not, Danny climbed the tree to help coax her down by offering treats, wonderful people, and business.

They nailed it

Progressive's movers nailed it when it came to Professionalism, Punctuality, and Pride. They looked professional, with a clean truck and uniforms. They were all wearing name tags and spoke flawless English. There was no cigarette smoking near the furniture, which I appreciated, and the office guy Josh was extremely attentive and arranged for my car to be transported as well. Thank you for a job well done, Progressive Relocation.

They didn't arrive

Don't even think about it! They were all talk but never turned up on the scheduled day. They said they'd be there the next day, but they never turned up. I left a message for Chris and sent an email, but neither received a response. They are con artists, liars, and inept. My 85-year-old mother was subjected to intense stress as a result of them, and she was forced to leave her house, leaving her belongings behind. after she and my brother had plane tickets to fly up north to where she was relocating She is ill and unable to survive on her own. She didn't need the anxiety that this was causing her.

Nice move

Our newly refinished floors were not scratched or otherwise damaged by the moving crew from Progressive Relocation. They were cautious when managing house turns and put things down gently. They also worked quickly and efficiently in the 6 hours they were with us. Their job was satisfactory to us. My transfer was made easier with the help of movers.
