Wonderful

Let me tell you how amazing they are. We had a lot of things to transfer. A three-bedroom basement and a two-car garage are included. They completed everything in less than a day. Almost half of everything was wrapped and packed. Nothing like it had ever been seen before. Excellent business.

What a pleasure it has been working with Primeway Movers, they have been fantastic from the beginning to the end, starting with the woman in the office over the phone to the staff crews, they came to our home on time and packed all properly, and loaded it in less than 5 hours because I had a meeting later that I was worried I would miss it, However, the movers worked even harder to ensure that I arrived on time for my meeting. this is what I did later that day. I expected delivery to take a long time because we were moving to Florida, but Primeway made our delivery 6 days after they picked up, which was great because it gave us time to drive down to Florida and move on to our new home. I will certainly use them again and recommend them to any family or friend who is planning a move. Even, for those in need of a move, Primeway was the ideal choice for us. I saw these reviews and was initially concerned, but I liked the price, which was significantly lower than that of many other firms. After discussing it with my husband, we agreed to give them a chance because they had good reviews as well. We were satisfied with them because they were courteous and polite, and the price and inventory were accurate.

Horrible company

What a Tragedy!! The quotation from Manassas to Sanford, North Carolina was $2300, but the actual cost was nearly $5000. They paid extra for wrapping beds, chairs, and televisions...they broke all the legs off the bed frames, stole a two-drawer tool box containing over $1,000 in supplies, stole a ladder and cooler, and destroyed nearly every piece of furniture we own. They  ruined a beautiful $3000 china cabinet, hutch, and table. To make it worse, they were late in delivering our products in North Carolina and left the bulk of the boxes in the driveway rather than carrying them into the building. Both thugs were still complaining about their poor backs!! This group is nothing more than a gang of criminals who should be called "Two Thugs and a Truck"!! It worst moving experience I've ever had, and I've moved more than 12 times in the military and civilian sectors. Save yourself a lot of trouble and avoid this company; they should not be in business and will totally rip you off!! Grace is charming on the call, but it's all part of the Con!! To top it all off, I just received a claim bid from these thugs for $70. They are committing felonies with no consequences!! I'm bringing my case to the Department of Transportation!!

Such a bad experience

We provided Primeway Movers with the exact number and measurements of our belongings. When the movers arrived on the day of the transfer, they wanted to raise the price by 40% because our regular Uhaul moving boxes "appeared to be larger." When we did not instantly agree, they abruptly left without moving our belongings. Furthermore, they declined to refund our deposit. I would not recommend working with them to anybody.
