Horrible service

I hired On Time Moving and Storage to transfer things from my deceased father's Florida home to my Colorado home. At the time of booking, I was told in writing that I didn't need additional insurance because all items being moved were insured for full replacement value, minus a $300 deductible. A big valuable and delicate amethyst geode was pointed out to the packers during the packing process and told that it needed to be packed independently. When the items were delivered, the amethyst geode was discovered at the bottom of a wardrobe box, beneath kitchen items, a toaster oven, and a small TV. One large piece of the geode's top was broken off, and the geode's body now has a large crack in it. We filled out the required claim forms, including a photo of a similar geode from the same store where ours was purchased, indicating a value of $2,590. On time moving and storage is now claiming that our belongings were only insured for $6 per pound. They also offered to replace our $2,500 museum-grade geode with a $200 etsy.com geode of inferior quality. We tried for ten months without success to reach a reasonable agreement. According to their most recent email, "just because you paid a certain amount for anything does not mean it is worth that amount."

Bad choice

From beginning to end, this move took 2 1/2 hours. This moving company used two moving trucks to transport me from the morning to the evening, beginning at 8:00 a.m. and ending at 11:00 p.m. When the furnishings and boxes arrived, 9 items were broken or damaged, one interior wall was damaged, and two items were missing. I filed a claim with the moving company, but they were unresponsive. I will not use this company for a long-distance transfer. Total loss is $1,658 minus a $400 deductible for net losses of $1,258.

My move

My move to Utah was a fantastic experience for me. The teamwork was excellent, and they were extremely helpful during the process. I will recommend them to someone who is relocating. My crew was incredibly hardworking, and I had a poor experience with movers during my previous transfer. These guys are unrivaled.

Wonderful move

I am a very satisfied customer who obtained all of my products securely, safely, and on time as planned. There are no surprises. All payments were made only at the time of delivery. The actual cost, including packaging costs, was less than the estimate. There were no damaged objects, and the entire crew showed exceptional professionalism!

Amazing!

I can't say enough good things about my move to California. Blaine and Juron were fantastic. They made my relocation a breeze. Joseph arrived and provided me with an estimate. He quoted me a flat rate for my pass, and they kept to it. They did not demand payment in advance. When they arrived in California, I paid them. A genuine moving business.
