It was a disaster

While the movers themselves were polite, the customer service was atrocious. There were hidden costs, the real quotation I was given changed after they moved my stuff, there was a two-hour minimum that was not disclosed to me, and after I paid my deposit, they wanted to add on more expenses. My first house move was supposed to be a pleasant event, but All My Sons let me down. My quotation was $89.99, but my move ended up costing $243.70 less my deposit.

Would use again!

I trust Official Van Lines very much. Very consistent, excellent customer service and very fair when you take into account the freedom and available choices and options that they offer. I highly advise using this company. I would use them over anyone else again!

A "company" very unprofessional

On the phone, they made an estimation and then attempted to charge more, since there were apparently too many extra items. I quickly shut that one down. Numerous high-value parts were damaged and even missing after the objects were shipped late. Keep as far as possible away from them. In the beginning, what sounds like a nice deal will turn into a total nightmare.

Really bad service

My 73-year-old mother has been transferred, and what they're doing is nothing but fraud. They told her what she wanted to hear, and now she's without clothes and furniture, and she's not going to give us any kind of delivery date, only saying they have 14 business days to submit the things. Then they refuse to give our calls back. Also, when they arrived, they changed the price. Again, taking advantage of seniors at 73 is, to say the least, very immoral.

Great Job

Any portion of the service received from beginning to end should not be defective. Constant contact, selection and then distribution were all well on schedule. Outstanding service overall. Hey, thank you. This firm would certainly recommend it. Surely, I'm going to use them again in a heartbeat.

Michael and the boys were amazing! Complete service where there was no need to think about one thing. They also helped us to finish our packing and taping and they pushed their truck methodically through our apt loading. disassembly and assembly of furniture exactly where you like it. We would use them again without doubt, and would suggest them emphatically!
