Horrible and unprofessional company

Totally Awful Service. Shattered chairs, Refrigerator Door Damaged, elliptical  machine broken and many collectible sculptures that can't be replicated. Called on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays, and asked to speak to Marcus, and I was told that he would call back three days later. Didn't call back. The team made it very hard to fix my things, and the only thing I requested for was to repair the chairs and the refrigerator and I cover the rest of the items out of the pocket. I filled out the claims form as requested and sent images to Kika, even though Chris Lynch had documented it all when he was here. Estimated at 2,500.00 for total move in February and April.

Really satisfied

I didn't know exactly what to expect from the movers, as we wouldn't have used them before. But they've exceeded all expectations! They were on time, they wrapped everything really well, and they moved everything fast. We will surely use them again and recommend that anyone move to save themselves from stress and back pain and use Midnight Hour Moving!!

It was the first time I have used movers, and I'd like to say it was worth it. Teresa was really supportive when I had to push back the time and someone notified me when the movers were on their way.
