This spared me a hassle because I had to start a new role inside my firm within a few weeks. They were also quite adept at navigating Long Beach's municipal streets! The people that packed me were simple to contact and accommodating to my erratic schedule. Long Distance Relocation Services came to Englewood just a few days after I arrived. The only problem is that they chipped a vase since it should have been wrapped better. In any case, I was able to begin my new job without having to worry about my belongings.

Bad attemp

The estimate is drastically wrong; they provided an extremely cheap estimate in order to secure the contract. They arrived 1 hour late; the crew lacked movement competence, training, and personality. It took significantly longer than expected. I broke several objects and caused dents and dings on both of my properties. I NEVER EVER employ them, and I strongly advise you not to hire them either. Don't put your faith in the reviews. You, like me, will be sorry. I spent a few hundred dollars extra for nothing. Nobody contacted me to inquire about how the relocation went. I contacted them to inform them of the several broken and damaged things. The owner of the company is irritated because I published these evaluations. My objective is that none of the customers who pay for their services should have to go through what I did.

Great movers

I have some fairly heavy toolsets that must be carried with extreme caution. I watched these guys work, and they took excellent care of my things and treated them with the integrity that comes from having a strong work ethic. A company really recommended.

Horrible experience

We charged $11,000 to LDRS to move from Oregon to Massachusetts. They pulled the washing machine down the stairs when they came to pack our home. We filed a lawsuit, but it was dismissed because of their policy of not being responsible for property harm. They were also very rude to talk with on the phone during the entire moving process. I would never recommend them to others, and I'm shocked they're still in business.

I won`t hire them again

I will never hire these people again. The movers were not cautious when packing lampshades, damaging the arm on the lamp and breaking the slider that could travel up and down on my tripod camera holder, as well as destroying two wheels on my dining room buffet table. Never, ever, ever again. They even overestimated the overall cost of the transfer and made me pay for an additional u-haul truck so they could transport it to their main truck since they were unable to gain entry to my apartment complex Why didn't they understand that from the start? I'll never do it again as a senior citizen, what a rip-off. I had to do it myself. They informed me that I needed to get the documents notarized. It would be a lot of work, and I would need to hire a lawyer.

Amazing

I moved with them over a year ago and I still have a positive feeling about it. My new tenants just moved into the apartment below. They left a total mess in the elevator, the movers smelled like they had never seen a shower, and they were cursing left and right. When I moved with LDRS, the guys were professional, clean, and well-spoken. My experiences with their office were extremely beneficial and informative. I felt so good that I trusted them.
