Never hire this company

For a move from Florida to Illinois, I used Liberty Bell Moving Group. Several items were broken or lost and they refused to fairly compensate or even discuss the situation. I was repeatedly directed to a third-party "claims management system" where I was unable to speak with anyone. This company resulted in a loss of more than $1,000. I would seriously recommend you NOT to use this company.

I would leave less than one star if I could. Movers, take note! THIS IS A BROKERAGE SERVICE. Tim will tell you that he employs his own drivers. THIS IS A LIE.  They will provide you with a quote.  THIS, IS A LIE AS WELL. When they outsource your business to someone who moves your belongings 6 hours in the wrong direction, demands to double your contract in CASH, and refuses to deliver your items or reveal their location, you will receive Kevin. Kevin will tell you that he is the manager and that he will fix everything. THIS IS A LIE. They will not even return your calls after they have taken your deposit. You'd be better off renting a U-Haul. I still don't have my possessions, I'm out $2200, and there is no resolution in sight.

Great experience

That was a blessing, more than just a stroke of luck. How else would I explain low service fees, exceptional services, and on-time transactions? Everything was surreal. It arrived when I least expected it. That was incredible of them. Moving from Vermont to Ohio was a lot of fun for me. Such experiences are worthwhile to relive time and again. I used to hate relocations before I met Liberty Bell Moving Group. I was strongly opposed to his method. Perhaps it's because my previous relocations were never successful. Almost all of them turned out to be terrifying. It was, however, not the case with Liberty Bell Moving Group. They made it unbelievable and out of the ordinary. If I ever need to move again, I will use this company.

Trustworthy company

Everything is correct, and I now believe. A relocation review led me to Liberty Bell Moving Group. The clients had been talking about them. I hired them without giving them much thought. I needed to have the experience on my own, and I am grateful that they allowed me to do so. Continue your excellent work. It is the type of Relocation Company I would like to use if I ever need to relocate. I appreciated their assistance, and the associated relocation costs were within reasonable limits. I am also thankful that they were able to keep their word. The actual moving costs were not significantly different from the quotations. I absolutely adore you!
