Amazed with the service

Fast and simple! From the moment I signed the paperwork to the time of delivery, all was fast and easy. I moved over 2,000 miles, so I assumed we wouldn't get our belongings right away, but I was mistaken. I told them my first available delivery date, and they were there two days after that, which is excellent for a cross-country transfer. I was very impressed with the standard of care they offered, as they ensured that all of my things were safe and protected, and they packed my entire house in a timely manner. The crew was awesome, very hard-working guys, and the whole organization has excellent customer service, as I felt at ease with everyone I talked with. I'd like to thank the entire Interstates Vanlines team. I would recommend this business to my friends and family!

Don't hire them

The staff is good; they arrived and loaded my belongings on time, but the process then falls apart. There was no notice prior to delivery, and finally, not all of my items were shipped, and they were like, oh well? Please save yourself the stress and just move on.

Grateful with the service

Thank you for assisting me with my short-notice move from Florida to Pennsylvania. The men were courteous and did an excellent job packing my things. I expected I would have some damage at the end of it all, but I was mistaken. Again, thank you. I completely recommend this company.

The worst experience ever

It took over two weeks for my belongings to be shipped, and many of them were broken, wet, or missing. As oriented, I filed a lawsuit. They offered $75 for a large number of items. I am about to seek legal redress and file complaints with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and other agencies. It was a horrific and painful experience.

Good job

Interstate Van Lines did an outstanding job in terms of both quality and price! They were very informative about the programs they delivered and explained it to me. They packed well and took care of everything they said they would while picking up the furniture. Decided was easy! Their movers were really friendly and polite, and they delivered within a week. I'd use it again if I ever had to relocate!
