My stuff has been damaged.

When the carrier moved the sofa to flip it on its side, he scratched my laminate flooring. It's nearly hard to get in touch with these folks. I called and emailed but received no answer. The damage to my floor is considerable, and with my apartment on the market, it may be a game-changer. I likewise tried to reach someone for four days last week and was assured that someone would call me. They did provide me a pick up date three days later. The mover is quite efficient, but it was the other man that caused the most trouble.

A great service at a very reasonable rate. He arrived early and had all my things expertly loaded into the vehicle. Unloaded everything exactly where we wanted to, and also helped to put the dismantled furniture together. I've used David and his men twice now and recommended them to my best friend!

Good move

Last week, I hired Independent Moving Solutions to help my sister. She made a home remodeling, and her contractor moved all her furniture and belongings to the garage. We needed to get it all back to the house. Recommended Independent Moving Solutions to everyone.

Great Job

Richard and James helped move me. They were very fast and efficient while being gentle with maneuvering tight corners and stairs. I appreciated them being very professional and providing updates on progress throughout the move. I really recommend it.

What a Nightmare

Very poor customer service and poor communications. Staff are very nice at the time of booking until you sign the contract. After that, no one will contact you to provide you with information about your booking. Staff is rude, deliberately hung up on me twice when I was trying to get information about my pick-up time. She told me that she was going to hang up the phone because she was with me! After a few phone calls, I finally got a pick-up time between 9am-11am. The driver called my husband at 11:45 a.m. to say he was 5-6 hours away and he's not coming to my place until late at night. So watch out for this company's customers!

Scam company

This company has taken our money. It never showed up and it won't be refunded. They've trained Jessica Barnett to be as helpless and ugly as she can be, and to give all sorts of lame excuses to keep you out of money. I am reaching out to the Attorney General's office and I will file suit if anyone wants to join.

Irresponsible company

The date of pick-up had to be changed a few times because of bad weather—no problem. But when I was finally given a date and time, it was wrong. I was given an estimate when it came to the delivery and arranged for someone to be there. Delivery was actually made four days later without notice. Then we were charged $100 an hour extra while a friend scrambled to get there. The final bill was $800 over the estimate! Finally, I haven't finished unpacking yet, but a few pieces of furniture are broken.
