Do not employ because of the really bad service.

Please conserve your possessions and avoid using  H2H Movers is a moving firm. They are incredibly careless with their packing; they arrived with insufficient materials to adequately pack my items, and even after clear directions ("wrap the photos with bubble wrap"), when my back was turned, they continued to wrap the remainder with paper, providing no protection. Furthermore, they made the terribly stupid mistake of placing highly expensive speakers (which I stated) in a box stuffed in with a fabric bag with metal locks on it as the packing material...locks are metal, speakers are magnets, boom, damaged speakers. They had the audacity to give $50 after this nonsense was pointed out to them as clearly their responsibility. Their customer service stinks; they smashed a few walls in the process, and they're generally reckless and sluggish. Hire no one.

Awful experience

They work as a broker. They acquire positive feedback by bribing their consumers. They hire movers who have received negative feedback. They give you a cheap estimate, take your items, and then raise the price by 50%. They would only respect the initial price when a federal agent had made them. There was also a lot of damage and the arrival of someone else's clothes box. Also, delivery was three weeks late. Awful experience. Getaway!!

Bad service

The worst moving experience I've ever had. Arrived at 8:30 p.m. on the scheduled arrival time of 4 a.m. They failed to deliver an item and are refusing to replace it. This will set me back $800.00. Use these scumbags at your own risk.

Do Not Hire Them

H2H Movers Inc just performed a move for my family in late. Several objects went missing during the relocation, and H2H Movers Inc was unable to find them. Furthermore, the method for submitting a formal complaint is very one-sided, culminating in the company's denial of the claim. If you have other choices, I would highly advise you to utilize someone other than H2H Movers Inc. to finish your relocation.

The firm is really simple to work with, and all of my inquiries are always promptly answered. The gentlemen that arrived to take up our belongings were really efficient and did a fantastic job. Just keep in mind that the initial price you receive may change by $500 or more depending on how many things you actually have. however much packing they use, and if the distance from where they park the truck to your house is more than a certain number of feet, they charge you a long haul fee. Just bear in mind that the stated amount will be less than what you really spend. Having said that, I would certainly hire them again.

Good moving experience

I was moving across the nation for business and chose to go with H2H movers after getting a few quotations. Prior to leaving, my direct contact was excellent and easily accessible, which was useful because I kept changing my mind about what I wanted to take with me. The service during pick up and delivery was also excellent, making me feel extremely confident in the firm I choose.

crap job

I relocated in March and was happy with both the price and the people. My bed broke a month later. When I pulled it apart to throw it away, I noticed that one of the support plates had been left off when it was put together. So now I've paid to relocate my very costly bed and now pay to replace it because they were irresponsible!

Two people I know moved with this business and were extremely pleased, so I picked them to assist me with my relocation from New Jersey to California. Through both sides - pick up and delivery - the movers were friendly and professional. Everything arrived quickly at my new address. Information was excellent during the shipping of boxes - I was informed throughout the relocation so I know where my belongings were and how close they were to be at their destination. I enjoy how the entire relocation was handled by the firm and not subcontracted out. As a result, they kept in touch with me and hold themselves responsible for it all. "I had a poor experience with a previous relocation from a different business that subcontracted out pick up, delivery, and storage".

Excellent experience

Work as a personal assistant for a wonderful family. They sold their house in Hollywood Hills four months ago, so my task was to organize everything for the move. One of the first things I did was find a professional company that would handle everything from packing to art and unwrapping. I made some calls, and everyone recommended them because everyone had used them. I phoned H2H and had come out towards the house. We talked for approximately 45 minutes, during which I described the scenario and how this transfer must take place, got back to me the next day with the plan and pricing. Everything seemed OK, so we scheduled the day. The crew showed up on time, with 6 guys with 2 trucks. We began by packing everything. After the first two hours, I can see why everyone recommends H2H these people don't just walk around; they operate as a tramway, with three boys in each room, till the room is finished and ready to depart. We had the same person for three days in a row, and he was so professional that as stressed as I was about the move, I felt extremely at ease after seeing how they handled things like packing. or extremely professional artwork we had such a smooth and successful relocation. As H2H was suggested to me, I will do it to others. Thank you very much.
