Good company

We've had a great transfer to NC using Element Moving. They did exactly what they agreed to do. Their employees was very competent, they were on time, and they were very careful of our home and the goods they were moving around. I strongly recommend them.

Awful move

The worst move of my life. Objects missing or taken away. They threw clothes on the floor of the bedroom closet as they unpacked. When I asked, they denied that they had misplaced a box that was really valuable to me, too. When I contacted the "concierge" at the company, he said he was going to call the driver and get back to me no later than the next day. Haven't heard from them ever since. Using it at your own risk.

They didn't arrive

I did some research and selected and arranged a meeting with Element Moving to come to my home to give me an quote for a major move all across country. I was working from my home office when I noticed that they weren't here for our appointment time. I checked my phone, saw that there was a message 45 minutes earlier that said they were on their way. I just returned the call to be told that they would no longer be coming because they had set up another booking, and I did not return their call in time. What is it?

Excellent Job

Previously, I did my research and focused on "Best of .." for a few devices. When it came to moving this past September, I went back to "Best of" and named Element. Their Estimator has been competent, prompt and very helpful. On the day of the move, the crew (4) showed up with two trucks and was awesome. They all introduced themselves to me, and they were cautious beyond justification. If I had a request, they are also more than willing to answer it, and they worked "hard" all the time. They had all packed and made the first delivery to my new house, and I had a second stop in Keller, where they moved my upright piano without any problems. These guys have done a fantastic job at a good and fair price, and I would definitely recommend that you consider using them.

Superior customer service

Choosing Element Moving was one of the biggest decisions I've ever made. The whole process from start to finish was completely wonderful and took away my fear and concern! They moved me from a two-bedroom apartment in Grapevine, TX, to a harbour-front, downtown town row-house in Baltimore, MD. Element Movers took the extra mile to ensure that my possessions were treated with care and professionalism. Element Moving was both highly courteous and competent. I've always been able to contact them at any phase of the moving process. They handled my transfer as a top priority, and it made a big difference.Every promise was kept and every date that was scheduled was right.. even though we had a winter storm front moving through Maryland, they still came without delay! It's impressive! I used the Big name transport carriers in the past and the harm and greed left me somewhat disappointed when the time came to start looking for a business that would offer reliable service at a fair price. My experience was so great that I also hired them to take care of my son's local transfer to Grapevine.
