Excellent service

We recently relocated to Georgia and wanted to thank the experts from East Coast Moving. I researched various moving companies and my husband and I are extremely happy with the service and price. There were numerous big antiques in addition to a large china cabinet. All of our things arrived on time and in perfect condition. We would recommend the men since they did an excellent job.

Happy with my move

Thanks to the professionals at East Coast Moving and Storage, everything regarding my move went as smoothly as it could. I couldn't have made a better choice. Throughout my relocation, communication was continuous and I r eceived my items inside my delivery window. The driver kept me updated on where he was on the road and if anything was impeding him from making there on time. When my belongings arrived, they were exactly as I had left them. There was nothing missing, and everything appeared to have never been moved. They did an excellent job with my relocation, and I am grateful for it.

Terrible service

They gave me a binding estimate. They arrived late to pick-up so I changed the date, they asked for another $100. The contract explicitly states, "We will not penalize you for date changes" They're pulling the common scam routine on me, "Hold your stuff hostage and demand more money" The owner is one of the most wicked, disgusting, rude human beings I've ever dealt with. Sales reps lie to you and give you fake delivery dates to get your business done.

Stay Away

Be cautious with LUKE. He didn't answer my phone calls when I need them, Movers are two days late than the scheduled time, and they charge a lot more. Delivery has been postponed by 15 days. He's totally unprofessional. These are just brokers, and they have an unreasoning conduct. If they weren't going to recommend these people to others.

Amazing experience

I relocated from FL to TX, and it went so nicely. At first, I was in a panic thinking that it wasn't possible, and then I found East Coast Moving at reasonable prices, and the time it took was incredible. I thought it would take a week to get my stuff to my new house, and it only took a little more than 2 days, and I didn't have to sleep on the air mattress any longer!
