Awful company beware! Caused over 10k in damage to my things. I was assured I did not need the extra insurance because they were a full service moving company. They AREN NOT!!!!!!!They hired a 3rd party to move my things and I had to unloaded my own truck, where was the crew to unload???? DRS Takes NO responsibility, and Andrew the manager accused me of altering my photos of the "stack" of my personal things. Looked like a 3rd grader packed the truck. Seriously Andrew??BTW putting fragile stickers on the boxes was futile. Obviously the movers can't read , they put all those boxes on the bottom of the stack.

Mouse Poop and Cockroaches - Please read why this was an awful experience: The Movers Did 100% of all packing! - Under Estimate Total Square Footage to give you a lower price and you get hit when they are there. I went from 350 square fee to 600 square feet an price almost doubled - They were going to store my goods for two months. Once they had the good they raised the price 50% - When we receive the belongings, they are wrecked. They were treated poorly, and the brand new boxes now had oil stains, mouse poop in the clothes, and cockroaches coming out of boxes. - I called over and over to try and get some compensation and they offer $125 on a $5,000 move where we had to get all clothes cleaned and the breakage of fragile items was severe. RUN AWAY!

Without question, this company is my favorite place to work. The moving day went smoothly since the movers were experienced. This moving company should be used by anyone moving to or from one of these cities. My sincere appreciation to the Direct Relocation Services LLC team.

Moving can be a mind-bending experience, but these movers had an aura of calmness around them, bringing GOOD vibes to the chaos. They packed and loaded with tranquil precision, ensuring my belongings were in harmony. Crew members were polite! Movers were really good!

If I needed a moving firm, I'd use Direct Relocation Services LLC. I needed to have a piano relocated from another home to mine. The workmen were respectful, on time, and careful with my home. The word "professional" immediately comes to mind. I would have no problem hiring Direct Relocation Services LLC again.

Honest and Reliable!

However, I was continuously reassured of their safety by the expert team of packers. A specially built enclosure protected the television, while the piano was wrapped in many layers of cushioning. These efforts made all the difference in making my move an absolute success.
