Terrible experience

My daughter chose this firm to relocate her across the country. She has been waiting for her items for 17 days, and the company has informed her that she may have to wait another 12 days. She doesn't have a bed, no cooking or toilet supplies, nothing. They are non-committal, have no set schedule, claim to be at the mercy of their drivers (clearly, they have no prediction or planning for their trucking pool), and I have never met such unpleasant individuals. They have absolutely no customer service skills, and when you are clearly dissatisfied with the issue, they make every effort to justify why it is your problem. We've hired an attorney.

Really recommended

The movers called an hour ahead of time to let us know when they'd arrive. They got right to work and were really careful with our stuff. They were quick and efficient, as well as really pleasant. On what is usually an extremely stressful day, dealing with them was a true pleasure. Go with them for your next move without a doubt!

Really bad service

My daughter decided to hire this company to move it across the United States. She's been waiting for her possessions for 17 days, and the company told her she could wait another 12 days. She doesn't have a bed to sleep on, no kitchen or bathroom necessary items, nothing. They are non-committal, have no fixed schedule, say they are at the mercy of their drivers. (Obviously, they don't have any forecasts or plans for their trucking pool) and I've never been dealing with such rude people. No customer service skills whatsoever, and when you're obviously upset about the situation, they make every attempt to explain to you why it's your fault. We hired a lawyer. This company isn't going to be in business for a very long time-check out their yelp reviews.

Prompt service

This was one of the very few companies that could even have us picked up on our dates. Before talking to them, we had no idea that the season was moving. Dependable Moving was completely locked into what we were moving about and our expectations of what we were looking for in a moving company. Price wasn't the only reason we chose them, it was because they were asking questions and caring about what we felt about the service that was talking volumes. Going forward with them, they were punctual with time and tended very carefully to our furniture. No damage whatsoever. Really good overall experience. Recommend it to all of us we know.

Good Job

Dependable was great when it came to organizing our moves. We've always been called and updated, and even given the driver's personal number. The best part of working with them is that they do all the moves themselves. They don't sell them to a third party or a broker. They're using employees who're on the payroll to tell you how it's going to be. They've given us more than enough materials to do research and make our own decisions. Not once were we pressed for money and told us that we had a date to make a decision. We weren't going to fall for any sales tactics or pressure moves that we took our time to pick the company that was best for us, and it just happened to be them.

Great experience

We're so pleased with all the Dependable Moving LLC service. It wasn't your normal quick inventory, here's the price you're paying. They made us feel very comfortable and supported in understanding how the move would be priced and what could possibly affect the price of going down. They explained that regardless of how much space we occupy, we would only be responsible. If it had been less, we would have paid less if it had taken a little more, we would have to pay that as well. Many other companies are just breeze through the process in hopes of sticking people to the day of the actual move, but not to them. They were very sincere and courteous to us, and we felt like valued clients. That's what it takes to refer a company to your beloved and your family. You would like to know that a particular company has the characteristics and respects the fact that it is very costly to move and they did so. We had a great time working with them, and in the future we would have had the opportunity to do so again.

Caution

I hired reliable movers to relocate across the country, and the experience was bad from the moment they set foot in my home to start packing. They were a good talk on the phone, but that was it. It only got worse when I called to find out when my possessions were coming and they didn't even know where they were. I've been waiting almost a month. When the movers arrived to deliver, they didn't wear masks as mandated by the state. A lot of items have been damaged. I have submitted a claim that they have never responded to. I contacted the Better Business Bureau, which they did not respond to either. Oh, my move was in July. They don't respond to emails, pick up a phone, or send voicemails back. They have caused more than $1,000 in damages.
