Crooks

This company is not who they say they are. They are brokers but do not stand behind the movers they book. They have a Virginia address but are doing business out of FL through a shady company. When things go bad with the mover they ignore your calls and emails and make excuses. Hopefully the FL AG Office can shut them down. I don’t even know if Dedicated Van Lines in VA really exists. Save yourself the trouble of having to file criminal charges against them and use someone else. Try PODS they are safer. That’s what I should have done. I gave them a check for $1700 as deposit and got a “receipt” from Dedicated Van Lines but the check as cashed by another person with some business in FL.

Great Service/Thank you

I just received my delivery and I just need to thank everyone at Dedicated Van Lines! Moving is Stressful enough (as ive moved 3 times in last 5 yrs) This was by far the most professional moving service i have used. My moving assistant Mike L was Very Professional, responsive (every time called/text) As well as the movers who were Very hard working, Honest, and Kept in touch with me the entire way. I would 100% recommend Dedicated Van Lines As I just had my cousin call for her upcoming move thank you

Liars

I've seen high ratings, and they've been able to beat any other quote I've got. They were really receptive. I added stuff to the quote to really get a cheaper price, so I didn't have any extra charges and I was able to save money. I even took them to their free FaceTime service all over the house so they could get the most reliable quote possible. They were $7,000 off when the day came. I didn't buy anything between the quote and the transfer day, I actually sold stuff. They were just a way out of here. Might there be a few things sliding cracks on my side? To be sure. $7,000 worth of money? There's no chance. Be very careful about using them and be ready to go over the budget. Once they're done with you, don't expect an answer back either. They're a ghost.

Nice team

Ryan and Van Lines are a group of guys who will have your back no matter what happens, if the move is going well or whether it's going to be terrible. I've moved from Florida to Maryland with them, and they've taken care of everything. I definitely recommend them because I know they're going to go above and beyond and make sure the customer is satisfied.

Amazing team. Packed it all properly and easily. Moving is pretty difficult, but the guys have made the process comfortable. Excellent communication, fast delivery, incredibly nice packing, strong managing of many large pieces of items, smooth assembly and disassembly. We've felt in solid, steady hands. It is strongly recommended!!!
