Be careful with this company

If I had read the review, I would not be in the state that I am now. Please avoid doing business with this company. I received a very polite and friendly call from (Ms. Marry Adam), and after providing all of the inventory, I got a quote of $2100. (from Okemos, MI to Russellville, AR). Mover did not arrive on time (scheduled time 12 p.m. noon); they arrived at 1 a.m. (night), asked me to pack, and assisted me in loading (However, I had a door-to-door contract.) After loading, their estimate increased, and I agreed that my things should be delivered on JULY 5TH, but I have not gotten it yet (July 20th), but the price jumped (significantly) and continues to rise. It is extremely difficult to contact the person after booking. Driving the Uhaul truck by myself will be much easier for me. If you're reading this, PLEASE STAY AWAY (AS I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY STUFF).

Bad experience at all

The sales team was outstanding. Michael told me that everything was in order for the 28th of July, 2018. Nickolai called to check my inventory four days after I gave the down payment and three days before pick up. The quote was more than doubled, and they demanded extra funds. I was stunned and cancelled the contract at that point. I am also disputing the refund, which they agreed to but have not provide as of today, August 21, 2018. I did a lot of research before hiring them, but I had a terrible experience. They are not recommended by me.

I`m glad with the service

I wanted to relocate an old Essex piano from my parents' home to my apartment because my parents asked me to keep the piano while they relocated out of town. Since Complete Moving Group was assisting my parents with their relocation, I hired them for this job as well. Michael was the leader, and he helped in moving the piano. They unloaded it at my apartment, which was on the fourth floor.

Highly recommended

Nicolai arrived at 9 a.m. with some of his movers and got right to work. They also arrived a day earlier to see what they had to move and to give me the final quote. The movers were prompt, courteous, and cautious with my belongings. Complete Moving Group is highly recommended for home relocation. Oh, and the sales team also played a role in the pleasant experience!
