Beware!!

What a terrifying experience! I received a quote from them and preferred them over other companies because they came highly recommended. When the movers arrived, they started to complain right away. It took them 30 minutes before they lifted a single item. One gentleman spent more time on the phone than on the move. We had carried more boxes to the driveway than they had. After an hour, a third man arrived to assist. He was able to expedite things, but we also recruited two more people to our group to assist move things along. When it came time to pay, they added $40 per hour to the third person's rate. The owner was extremely rude and refused to even talk to me. He said he'd call me on Monday to talk about it because I was upset, but there hasn't been a call. According to one of the movers, the owner does this all the time. He under-quotes the time and price, then increases the price once the job is finished. Stay Away!!!

Terrible moving experience

Cento Family Moving assisted me in moving from my house, storing my belongings for a month, and moving into a temporary apartment. Connie Lake, the office manager, is Excellent. Unfortunately, the packers (except for one gentleman from New York) were bad and wasted time debating movies when my clock was ticking. I was told that the amount of time needed to pack was "underestimated"! I suppose more time for discussion was needed. More than half of the boxes were not labeled with the room they came from, let alone the contents. One living room end table has a broken leg; one wicker chair has a bent top and is unraveling, and two Copper Chef pans were not wrapped and are now scratched. These are the things I've come across. Despite the fact that I am only in temporary accommodation, I am required to open every box due to a lack of labeling. I've been told that there would be no care for the extra time spent packing, the lack of labeling, or the damage, despite the fact that I was charged thousands of dollars for this temporary transfer. Without a doubt, I will not use Cento Family Movers for my upcoming transfer.

Moving from an apartment to a house

My wife and I moved from a third-floor apartment to a house, and we didn't have anyone to help us move during the week. Cento Family Moving was suggested by her sister, and we couldn't be happier about how everything worked out. They pushed all on schedule and within budget. All were transported safely, and the movers were not only courteous but also competent. We will strongly suggest Cento Family Moving to those in the search for movers!

Move within FL

The whole experience was fantastic! The estimation method and guidelines were both reliable and useful. Communication was proactive, with many check-ins up until the day of the transfer. Both the loading and unloading crews were very helpful and experienced. We never had to request something. They anticipated our needs and delivered the requisite services. The step is finished, and not a single object has been scratched or broken. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Thank you very much, Felipe and Dewayne!

My favorite company from now

Renee was a pleasure to work with, and she supported me in getting what I needed in a fair manner as a beginner. The men who arrived with the truck that day were really kind, answered any questions I had as a newcomer, and helped me with everything I needed. Everything was well-packaged, and they were extremely quick! I was scared of my costly television, but luckily I had my own set, and the guys understood so they handled it with care. From now on, I'll be using Cento.
