Very Good

I recently hired California Relocation Systems for a long-distance move, and they performed an excellent job. Their team arrived on time, carefully packed all of my furniture moved fragile stuff, and put everything onto their truck. They were courteous, efficient, quick, and professional. My delivery came on time, nothing was damaged or broken, and the final amount I paid was extremely affordable. It was an incredible experience. I'm telling everyone I know about this relocation business.

Long distance move

Although I had moved several times previously, this was the first time I had made a long interstate relocation, so it was all new to me. They took the time to carefully explain everything to me. The movers arrived on time and completed their work quickly and professionally. The relocation was challenging due to the inclement weather, but they did everything they could to deliver my goods as quickly as possible. They arrived and unloaded swiftly and were always very professional.

Trustworthy

They were fantastic movers. It's difficult to identify a trustworthy mover these days, and I've been scammed in numerous circumstances as a result of my frequent relocations for work. "They didn't attempt and lowball me like the other estimates I got," I said, referring to these people. So, because they didn't try to take advantage of me, I assumed they'd be more transparent, and I was correct; the move went smoothly.

They are brokers, not a moving company

This is my first long distance move, and California Relocation makes a quote for $4800, and after my things were put in the truck, the price tripled. Then the price changed for another person. They kept my property hostage for weeks before I paid twice my original quotation. My motorcycle and belongings were destroyed, the boxes were thrown and the things were missing. They've lied to me a lot of times, and I'm now in the process of filing a lawsuit and demanding impartial arbitration. They've changed their business name a number of times, subcontracting trucks and movers. I'm not recommending this business. They are not ethical, professional and should not be part of a moving company.

Better than expected

This moving process has been done much more seamlessly than I expected. I just don't have anything bad to say about this moving business. They did what they agreed and, in my opinion, a little more than average. They absolutely deserve a recommendation.

These movers stayed professional all the way from California to Florida. My moving team kept me up to date and made sure they packed all my things safely before making the transfer. Really well done!  Thank you for offering a stress-free move. Nice experience.

Great moving

Really pleased with the support I got from California Relocation Systems. I couldn't have gone for a better accredited company to suit my moving needs. They were the best qualified to follow my moving requirements. They picked up and dropped my things within the specific timeframe that I was looking for, which many other interstate movers could not provide.Not only has this company been able to satisfy the order, but they have also been able to meet my requirements in a number of other fields. Truly, a great experience. I would have recommended them to others.

Poor experience

They didn't tell me that I'd been waiting for my items for more than a month, and that happened to "loose" 2 shelves and 2 boxes, one of which had indispensable things in it. I submitted a claim, and then I couldn't get a reply. Months have passed and nothing has changed yet. Horrible company which does not take responsibility. I even tried to have my family member drive up to try to find my "missing" package, and they denied.
