Move from IL to CA

The Boyer-Rosene group made my transfer from Chicago to California seamless and quick. Every person in the group, from the sales, to the office, to the staff at home, was efficient, friendly, and on time, which was very much appreciated. My driver, Jim Hill, was a real gentleman, and he handled the physical move with care and attention. The price quote I got before moving matched what I was charged and there were no "surprises" when my possessions were delivered, which is typical to many other movers. The workers in both cities were fast, helpful and effective. Contact to the office was straightforward, succinct and accurate. I've relocated 14 times in the last 28 years, and the Boyer-Rosen group was the best I've ever had. Without them, I would never make another move.

Good job

Throughout the whole process, I was satisfied and amazed. Not only were they reasonably priced, they were very competent, nice, and polite. They took pride and caring of the home we sold and moved us into our new home [long distance] with the same joy and loving attitude. The team and the staff were awesome. Moving around is frustrating.I totally recommend Boyer Rosene if you're transferring at a local or long distance for any move. Good business! Great company!

Excellent experience

We've recently moved from Naperville to San Francisco, and I'd like to give my opinion. Boyer-Rosene Bekins has done a great job from the beginning to the end. The salesman who came out (Jim Mazzuca) took his time and advanced step by step. The driver and team who showed up the day of the move (Jim Hill) were respectful and nice, and did all Jim Mazzuca had promised. The best part of the move was when Jim Hill came out to deliver. We never imagined he'd be able to get back in the truck through our area, but he did. It was a great transfer. Thank you to all who has played a part in making our transition smooth. We're certainly going to suggest the Boyer-Rosene Bekins crew again.

Broken table

The final transfer was decent with some problems caused by lack of contact between the movers and little consideration for my timeline. My ranking is highly related to the damage caused of a high-end cocktail table. I have paid for the most extensive insurance to ensure that my damaged item is fixed or replaced by the moving business. I filed an application with the company in compliance with their instructions. The Claim Adjuster has sent a repair technician for an estimate. This is a Roche Bobois cocktail table worth about $4,000. The cost of the repair was around $2,000. Claims Adjuster Jazmin Reese from Bekins sent me a check for the $500 reward, hoping it would help me leave. I emailed her that this was not appropriate and I did not receive a reply. The reasoning used by Jazmin Reese is that the table is still functional. The table was affected by rough handling in four to five areas. This is a direct breach of the terms of insurance. I will make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and to all the agencies that oversee Bekins.
