Very good so far

Although I have not yet relocated, Best Interstate Moving & Storage has been extremely helpful and professional in preparing and organizing my move. They've given me a lot of alternatives as well as a competitive price quote. They were quick to respond, but they also gave me plenty of time to consider my options. I'm hoping the move goes as smoothly as the preliminary planning!

The name of the company says it all. They're the best! The sales agent, Zack, was extremely helpful and patient, just as the customer service manager, Jasmine, was. They're going through everything so that your experience is as stress-free as possible. I'd like to recommend them to anyone planning a move. They're providing exceptional service.

Great movers!

The best experience to move from state to state! I moved my three bedroom home from North Carolina to Florida using Best Interstate Moving + Storage. Ken was my moving coordinator, and he made it easy and was extremely efficient! During such a stressful time, he was able to make everything move as smoothly as possible, and he was very professional. The movers who showed up were very professional, and they handled all my possessions with great care, as they all showed up in Florida without any damages, and right on time for only $4,500. I am so grateful to Best Interstate and would recommend it to anyone looking for help moving from state to state. Thanks again for the Best Interstate!

Bad experience

The worst experience ever! Stay away from this company. I wouldn't give it any stars if I could. If you use them, your most valuable items will be missing, and whatever you get will be broken. (They've lost my computers, new Canada goose jackets, a vintage and super expensive little table, and a few other valuables, and our couch, a pretty expensive lamp, and a bunch of other things broken and not fixed. Not to mention that you will not get your stuff until 3-4 weeks after the date you agree to it. Their customer service is almost non-existent after they get your money and they expect you to waste your valuable time filing a claim if you want some dollars back, but it's a trick! -you will need to upload receipts for items that you have lost or broken, Like if you were planning to do that and had them saved for this kind of scenario. This is an absolute nightmare!

Poor service

BIMS started off great with a great sales team. After they had contracted with the movers, they all went down the hill. We had many issues with the contracted mover, but BIMS was not willing to help us deal with their contractor. We hired BIMS and not their contractor. We expected BIMS to follow through on the whole move, not just to sell to us. Please do not use Best Interstate Moving and Storage.They're not going to help you with your move or problems you may have with their contractors.
