IT WAS DREADFUL

In every regard, it was a bad experience: thousands of dollars worth of damage to my furniture, receiving someone else's things that were never picked up, and receive $72 for the furniture damage. Anthem Moving LLC shipment arrived 5 weeks late. It was a traumatic event.

Scammers!

This organization should be canceled. Do not trust these people; they would not stand by a contract; they broke a lot of my stuff while jamming it in a truck and strapping it to the outside of the truck; they arrived the day of the transfer and charged me an additional 3000 dollars after the price cote of 3300; they gave me no time to go to the bank, and they forced me to take a cash advance on a credit card at a 200 service fee. Do not use this company because their business practices are criminal. I would give no stars if I could.

My moving experience

Anthem Moving Services recently relocated my family from Coral Springs, Florida to Lexington, Kentucky. The relocation went smoothly and without incident. The office workers and the movers were both professional, friendly, and respectful. They were concerned with completing the job quickly while also taking every precaution to treat my items with respect. They've won my business for all potential moves, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Disrespectful

I was requesting a quote from a representative. He put me on hold while another person answered the phone. With all of the background noise, it was difficult to have a conversation. I had the impression it was a telemarketing company, but I changed my mind when I learned I would be sharing a truck—I was getting half of a 26-foot truck. I told them I didn't want to do it and that I wanted to cancel.

Great service from an excellent company

We recently used Anthem Moving Services to relocate from Denver, Colorado to Berkeley Springs, West Virginia. I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I was so happy with how everything turned out that why not?. All went so well that I was surprised. The movers were courteous and effective. I, like most people, hope that we never have to relocate again. If we do, Anthem will undoubtedly be used again. Excellent work!

Liars and scammers

Avoid doing business with this company. They say not to be brokers, but they are. Their estimates are meaningless. My moving costs were raised by more than $600 for no reason other than one of the movers' view. They distributed my items after 9 p.m., and by unprofessional and inexperienced individuals. When asked to justify their lack of honesty, their boss, Adam, does not even answer phone calls.
