It was a smooth move. I was given the chance to relocate in a fantastic way. The movers began by packing everything into the boxes and sealing them before loading them onto the truck. While others were assisting with the loading, others were handling with the packing. The process was incredible because of the two's great level of cooperation. . Throughout the whole move, I was really pleased.

Avoid them

This firm is the worst; they cancel appointments without informing you, makeup excuses, and then cancel on you after you've already paid them if they're too busy, despite the fact that they booked you in advance. They're also very overpriced, they are scammers, they got lost your items and the jewelry also is missing in some boxes that I already had.

Do not hire this company

I wish I may well award this firm 0 stars! This is my third long-distance move for work, and it has been by far the worst! They began by under-quoting my relocation, not just in terms of money but also of delivery. The movers that arrived at my house were quite disrespectful and harmed property as well as some of my possessions. They dumped rubbish all over the place while loading and unloading. The movers were unprofessional and would ask for smokes and beverages. My washer and dryer were both damaged when I eventually got my stuff back. It took weeks to complete all of the documentation for the claim. After more than three months, I still haven't received a response or resolution to my case.

Great moving experience

I was relocating across the nation for work and wanted to go with American Choice Van Lines after getting a few quotations, previous to relocating, my direct contact was excellent and readily available, which was useful because I kept changing my mind about what I wanted to take with me. The service during pick up and delivery was  excellent, making me feel extremely confident in the company I chose.

Definitely would use them again

Putting another 5 star review to the stack. I hired American Choice Van Lines to move my girlfriend and I from high up to the third floor. These guys really couldn't have done any better. They came in under the estimate, and all of our possessions made it safe. The crew was simple to go and did everything they could to make us happy.

Incompetent Company

This has to be the worst company my wife and I have ever been dealing with. First, they give you a very "competitive rate" and then they scam you when the movers arrive. Second, the movers themselves are unprofessional. They lie about their ETA, and then they show up without tools. Finally, they're hounding you about collecting money, but then they're never going to call you for ETA on delivery. Save your money, please.

Terrible service

Please do not use this relocation company. In addition to multiple problems, our TV is missing, and many of our boxes have been totally destroyed and possibly gone through. Who knows what else is missing here. I'm trying to get in touch with the company to get this right, but none of their phone numbers work right now.

Awesome move!

Moving is terrible to start with, but American Choice Van Lines was the greatest company I've been dealing with so far. The American Choice Van Lines crews were our assigned movers and they were on time, skilled and very careful when dealing with my belongings. They didn't throw anything and moved the items as if they were their own. They've got pads, wraps, dollies, and other things you need to move around. They also went out of their direction to ask, at the end of the day, if I needed a hand putting my bed together. I would recommend not only this moving company, but also the crews to anyone interested in this company.

Effective move

This moving company was suggested to me by a friend, and I'm so glad that I chose them to make our move. The company is a smaller one, which I imagine makes them of a good quality. Our movers showed up on time and they were nice and friendly guys. They were very effective and moved all our items with a super human speed. Nothing in the process has been broken. Another thing I liked about these movers is that they don't add any surprising or needless charges – ours was a simple low hourly charge. I'd hire this mover in a heartbeat again!

Great service

They've done a wonderful job (and quickly too!) They've moved my studio apartment, they've been driving through the unloaded just under the minimum time! They were good at listening to the instructions and paying attention to taking care of my stuff. The manager was also very helpful and was able to move my moving date up a day to avoid a rainy weekend. Haven't unpacked it all yet, but thank you for helping me move!
